Բռնակոթ գյուղում 22-ամյա որդու կողմից հորը սպանելու 51 ամյա դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ. ՔԿ
SOCIETYՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 51 ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019թ. հունվարի 6-ին՝ ժամը 17:50-ին, «Սիսիանի բժշկական կենտրոն » ՓԲԸ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել ոստիկանության Սիսիանի բաժին, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան համայնքի Բռնակոթ բնակավայրում տեղի է ունեցել սպանություն:
Նախնական քննությամբ ՝ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան համայնքի Բռնակոթ բնակավայրի թիվ 12 փողոցի տներից մեկում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ՝ 1997 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը՝ խոհանոցային դանակը մոտեցրել է հոր՝ Սյունիքի մարզի 1967 թվականին ծնված բնակչի պարանոցին և վնասել այն:
Այնուհետև վառարանին դրված աղյուսով երկու անգամ հարվածել է 51 ամյա տղամարդուն, որից հետո՝ մեկ այլ խոհանոցային դանակով դիտավորությամբ չորս անգամ հարվածել է հոր կրծքավանդակի շրջանին՝ նրան զրկելով կյանքից:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի քննչական բաժնում 2019թ. հունվարի 6-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23.20-ին, 22 ամյա երիտասարդը սպանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի և դիակի զննություններ:
Դեպքի վայրից վերցվել և առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք դանակները:
Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական և դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:
Կատարվում է նախաքնություն:
