Բողոքի ակցիա Բագրատաշենում. պահանջում են վարչական շրջանի ՀՀԿ-ական ղեկավարի հրաժարականը
SOCIETYՏավուշի մարզի Այրում խոշորացված համայնքի Բագրատաշեն բնակավայրում շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ երիտասարդներ բողոքի ակցիա են նախաձեռնել: Այս մասին «Հայկական Ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Այրում համայնքի ղեկավար Արայիկ Պարանյանը:
Պարանյանի խոսքով՝ նրանք փակել են համայնքապետարանի մուտքը եւ պահանջում են գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար ՀՀԿ-ական Արկադի Մակյանի հրաժարականը: Պարանյանը նաեւ նշում է, որ սա կազմակերպել է ավագանու անդամներից մեկը:
«Այնտեղ հարցեր է բարձրացվում, որոնցից մի մասը լուծվել է, մի մասը լուծման ընթացքում է: Խմելու ջրի խնդիրն է, որը արդեն լուծված է, շուտով արդեն հաշվիչները կտեղադրվեն, որ գյուղը շուրջօրյա խմելու ջուր ունենա: Այնտեղ լուսավորության խնդիր են բարձրացնում, որը միայն այդ գյուղում չէ, խոշորացված համայնք է, 8 բնակավայրում էլ այդ խնդիրը կա: Հիմա մենք պատվիրել ենք նախագծային աշխատանքները, որ կատարվի, որ մեր բյուջեով իրականացնենք»,- ասաց Պարանյանը:
Մեր հարցին, թե էլ ի՞նչն է պահանջը, որ Մակյանի հրաժարականն են պահանջում, Պարանյանը պատասխանեց. «Դե, իրենց ասելով, մեծ գյուղ է, վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարն էլ այդքան աշխույժ մարդ չէ եւ հետեւողական չէ աշխատանքներին: Այդ 10 հոգին են հիմնականում, որ մտածում են՝ եթե վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը չլինի, իրենցից մեկը կարող է այդ աշխատանքը անել»:
Մեր հարցին, թե ի՞նչ է պատրաստվում անել վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը, Պարանյանը պատասխանեց. «Վաղը մենք հանրային լսում ենք անելու գյուղում: Քաղաքացիների կարծիքի հետ հաշվի չնստելու իրավունք ես չունեմ: Կարող եմ ես իրեն ազատել, տեղն ուրիշի նշանակել: Հիմա մենք ուզում ենք հանրային լսում անցկացնել, տեսնել՝ ժողովուրդն ինչ կարծիք ունի»:
Պարանյանը նշեց, որ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարների պաշտոնը հայեցողական է եւ համայնքի ղեկավարն է նրանց նշանակում:
