ՄԱԿ-ի խոշտանգումների կոմիտեում Ադրբեջանի համար ծանր լսումներ են ընթանում

Ժնեւում ՄԱԿ-ի խոշտանգումների կոմիտեում շարունակվում են Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված իրադրության գծով հոկտեմբերի 11-ին սկսված պաշտոնական Բաքվի համար ծանր լսումները:
«Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը, հղում կատարելով միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կառույցների աղբյուրներին, հայտնում է, որ նստաշրջանում տարբեր պետությունների պատվիրակությունների անդամները մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված «խիստ անդուր» հարցեր են ուղղում Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչներին:
Նստաշրջանում պաշտոնական Բաքուն ներկայացնում են ԱԳՆ, ՆԳՆ, ԱԱՆ, արդարադատության, առողջապահության նախարարությունների, գլխավոր դատախազության, քրեակատարողական ծառայության, խորհրդարանի եւ այլ կառույցների բարձրաստիճան անձինք:
Նստաշրջանի մասնակիցները մասնավորապես հարցնում են REAL շարժման առաջնորդ Իլգար Մամեդովի` ի հակառակ նրան անհապաղ ազատ արձակելու մասին ՄԻԵԴ որոշման, շարունակվող ձերբակալության պատճառների, ձերբակալված իրավապաշտպաններ Լեյլա եւ Արիֆ Յունուսների վրա ճնշումների, նրանց նկատմամբ բռնությունների կիրառման կապակցությամբ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության անցկացման ուշացման, Ադրբեջանի ԱԱՆ Նախիջեւանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում Թուրաջ Զեյնալովի` խոշտանգումների հեռեւանքով մահվան մասին:
Որոշ մասնակիցներ ցնցվել են դատական գործընթացի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական NIDA շարժման ակտիվիստների նկատմամբ խոշտանգումների հրապարակման առնչությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ Բաքվի քրեակատարողական հաստատությունում Լեյլա Յունուսի պահման անտանելի պայմաններով:
Մասնակիցները Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչներին հարցեր են ուղղել մարդկանց առեւտրում եւ սեռական շահագործման մեջ ոստիկանության մասնակցության, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ակտիվիստներին հետապնդելու, ՀԿ-ների ոլորտում օրենսդրության խստացման եւ այլնի մասին: Քննարկումների արդյունքներով տեղի կունենա մամուլի ասուլիս:
Ավելի վաղ միջազգային Human Rights Watch իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը ՄԱԿ-ի խոշտանգումների դեմ հանձնաժողովին կոչ էր արել դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին, նրանցից պահանջել վերջ դնել բռնաճնշումներին եւ ազատ արձակել բոլոր քաղաքական բանտարկյալներին, որոնց թիվն այդ երկրում մոտ 100 է:
