ՀՀ ՊՆ Ռազմական Ոստիկանության եւ ՀՀ Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները հունվարի 8-ին հայտնաբերել են նույն օրը, ժամը 10։30-ից մինչեւ 11։30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ՊՆ Կոտայքի զինկոմիսարիատի Նաիրիի բաժանմունքից ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական հավաքակայան նորակոչիկներին տեղափոխող ՊԱԶ 32053 մակնիշի ՊՆ 3299 Տ զինվորական համարանիշի ավտոբուսի վարորդի համար արհեստական խոչընդոտներ ստեղծողներին ու քաշքշուկ հրահրողներին:

Shamshyan.com-ի  փոխանցմամբ, նրանք նաեւ վթարային իրավիճակ էին ստեղծել, որի ժամանակ անօրինական հարկադրել են վարորդին կանգ առնել ու այդ ժամանակ դիտավորությամբ, կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը եւ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսեւորել հասարակության նկատմամբ, այդ ընթացքում հարվածներ են հասցրել ավտոբուսի տարբեր հատվածներին, վնասել այն։

Երիտասարդները այնուհետեւ իրենց գործողությունները կատարել են Երեւան քաղաքի Շարուրի փողոցում՝ նույն եղանակով. կանգնեցրել են ավտոբուսը, որից հետո 2 հոգի ոտքերով հարվածել ու բացել են ավտոբուսի սրահի դռները, ներս մտնելով՝ բռնություն են գործադրել նորակոչիկներին ուղեկցող ավտոբուսի սրահում գտնվող ՀՀ ՊՆ Կոտայքի զինկոմիսարիատի Նաիրիի բաժանմունքի տեսուչի նկատմամբ։

Նրանք հարվածել են տեսուչի դեմքին եւ հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրելնրա հասցեին, իսկ մի քանի հոգի էլ քաշել են վարորդի հագուստից՝ ստիպողաբար դուրս բերել նրան ավտոբուսի վարորդի խցիկից։

Փաստի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ՊՆ Ռազմական Ոստիկանությում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 258 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, եւ արդեն կեսգիշերին իրավապահ մարմինները բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ նշված արարքի համար կասկածվող Եղվարդի բնակիչ 40-ամյա Գոռ Հ.-ն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է Ռազմական Ոստիկանություն, իսկ նրա համաքաղաքացի 23-ամյա Մերուժան Ո.-ն ներկայումս գտնվում է փախուստի մեջ։
