ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն այսօր աշխատանքային հանդիպում է ունեցել պետական բուհերի ռեկտորների հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունից:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ արդեն հիմնականում հաստատվել են բուհերի հոգաբարձուների (կառավարման) խորհուրդների կազմերը, և առաջիկա օրերին տեղի կունենան խորհրդի նիստեր, որոնց ընթացքում կընտրվեն խորհրդի նախագահներ, կներկայացվեն բուհերի հաշվետվությունները և բյուջեի կատարողականները, ինչպես նաև կհաստատվի բուհի բյուջեն: 

«Բուհերի խորհուրդների ձևավորման հապաղումը կապված էր երկրում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների հետ. մեր ցանկությունն էր անել առավելագույնը, որպեսզի քաղաքական գործիչները և պաշտոնյաները քիչ տեղ ունենան խորհուրդների կազմում, որի մասին մենք բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել ենք: Ներկայիս իրավական կարգավորումները, իհարկե, որոշակի սահմանափակում են այս գործընթացը, սակայն «Բարձրագույն կրթության մասին» նոր օրենքի նախագծի լրամշակված տարբերակը, որը շուտով կդրվի շրջանառության և կանցնի քննարկումների փուլ,  վերջնականապես կլուծի խորհուրդների քաղաքականացման խնդիրը»,-նշել է նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այսօրվա նիստի ընթացքում անդրադարձ կկատարվի յուրաքանչյուր բուհի խնդիրներին և հնարավորության դեպքում դրանց լուծումներ կտրվի:

Նիստի ընթացքում բուհերի ռեկտորները ներկայացրել են այն հիմնական խնդիրները, որոնք ներկայումս առկա են բուհերում՝ բյուջեի հաստատում, ֆինանսական կայունություն, հավատարմագրման գործընթաց, շենքային, տեխնիկական  վերազինման և ենթակառուցվածքների արդիականացման հարցեր, մասնաճյուղերի գործունեություն, ինչպես նաև միջազգայնացման խնդիրներ:

Նիստին ներկա է գտնվել նաև Բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի նախագահ Սմբատ Գոգյանը, որը ներկայացրել է ատենախոսությունների պատրաստման և պաշտպանության գործընթացի հետ առնչվող որոշակի հարցեր: Այդ համատեքստում Արայիկ Հարությունյանը բուհերին կոչ է արել ակտիվ համագործակցել ԲՈԿ-ի հետ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ուսումնական գործընթացի և քննությունների պատշաճ կազմակերպման և անցկացման հարցերին:
