«Երկիր ծիրանին»՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համատեղ գործունեության մասին
POLITICS2018 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում էր ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին և ՀՀ ՀՔԾ պետին` Սերժ Սարգսյանի, Կարեն Կարապետյանի, Արմեն Սարգսյանի, ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցություն» (ՀՀԿ) խմբակցության պատգամավորների և Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության (ՀՀԿ) կողմից իշխանության յուրացման դեպքերի վերաբերյալ:
2018 թվականի մայիսի 23-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի անգործությունը` քրեական գործի հարուցման վերաբերյալ որոշում չկայացնելը, բողոքարկվել է դատարան:
Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Ավան նստավայրում (Երևան, Գյուլիքևխյան 20, նախագահող դատավոր Արմեն Վարդապետյան) 2019 թվականի հունվարի 8-ին նշանակված նիստը կրկին հետաձգվել է, այս անգամ` անորոշ ժամանակով:
Այսպես կոչված` «հեղափոխությունից» անցել է շուրջ 8 ամիս, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարման շրջանում, ըստ էության, շարունակվում են անտեսվել Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության (ՀՀԿ) ապօրինությունները, որոնց չի տրվում քրեա-իրավական գնահատական: Այդ 8 ամիսները (որոնցից 6-ը Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անց են կացրել համատեղ նույն բնակատեղիում) վկայում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Սերժ Սարգսյանի` փաստացի խորը, համապարփակ և գործնական հարաբերությունների մասին: «Նիկոլը ճիշտ էր, ես սխալվեցի» բանաձևումը մոռացության է մատնել նաև 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությունը Սերժ Սարգսյանին պաշտոնանկ (impeachment) անելու վերաբերյալ: Այս նախագծով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 10 տարբեր դեպքերով մեղադրում էր Սերժ Սարգսյանին հանցագործությունների կատարման մեջ:
«Նիկոլը ճիշտ էր, ես սխալվեցի» բանաձևումը և Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերաբերյալ հանցագործությունների կատարման մեջ մեղադրանքներից հրաժարվելն ակնհայտ են դարձնում Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տեղափոխության գործարքը: Անկախ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունից և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից դրսևորված հանցավոր անգործությունից` «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցությունը շարունակելու է պահանջել իրավական և քաղաքական գնահատական տալ քառորդդարյա բռնապետութան սպասարկուներին:
