ՄԻԵԴ-ը Սամվել Մայրապետյանի գործով հարցեր է առաջադրել ՀՀ կառավարությանը
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանից 2019 թվականի հունվարի 4-ին ստացված գրությամբ ՀՀ կառավարությունը տեղեկացվել է, որ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 2-ին Սամվել Մայրապետյանի փաստաբանները, դիմելով Եվրոպական դատարան, խնդրել են, որ վերջինս, Դատարանի կանոնների 39-րդ կանոնի համաձայն, միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկի` պարտավորեցնելով ՀՀ իշխանություններին վերադարձնել Դիմումատուի անձնագիրը և թույլատրել Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում գտնվող իր կողմից մատնանշված բուժհաստատությունում բուժման նպատակով անհապաղ մեկնել երկրից:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հաջորդ օրն իսկ` հունվարի 3-ին, Եվրոպական դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել հետաձգել միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկելու հարցի քննությունը և ՀՀ կառավարությանն առաջադրել հետևյալ հարցերը՝
Արդյո՞ք ՀՀ իշխանությունները վերցրել են Դիմումատուի անձնագիրը: Եթե այո, ապա որո՞նք են դրա իրավական և փաստական հիմքերը.
Հաշվի առնելով Դիմումատուի առողջական վիճակը՝ արդյո՞ք հնարավոր է կազմակերպել վերջինիս բուժումը Հայաստանում:
ՀՀ կառավարությունից պահանջվել է մինչև սույն թվականի հունվարի 11-ը տեղեկություններ ներկայացնել առաջադրված հարցերի շուրջ: Ներկայումս Եվրոպական դատարանում ՀՀ կառավարության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչը ձեռնարկում է համապատասխան քայլեր նշված տեղեկատվությունը հավաքագրելու, ՀՀ կառավարության դիրքորոշումը ձևավորելու և սահմանված ժամկետում Եվրոպական դատարան ներկայացնելու համար:
