Ինքնավթարներ, որոնք չեն փոխհատուցվում
SOCIETYՏրանսպորտային միջոցների ԱՊՊԱ պարտադիր ապահովագրության շրջանակներում ինքնավթար կոչվող հատուցման ենթակա սահմանում, պարզվում է, չկա: Այսինքն, այս դեպքում վթարի մասնակից երկրորդ կողմ չկա, որպեսզի վթարի պատճառ հանդիսացած տրանսպորտային միջոցն ապահովագրած ընկերությունը հատուցում տրամադրի: Ստացվում է, որ այս իրավիճակը որոշ առումով ԱՊՊԱ համակարգի շրջանակներում չկարգավորվող հարցերից է, քանի որ նման դեպքերում հակառակ կողմ, փաստորեն, չի լինում: Նման պարագայում, բնական է, որ շարժական գույքին հասցված վնասը չի փոխհատուցվում անգամ այն ապահովագրական ընկերության կողմից, որի հետ կնքվել է ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր:
«Տրանսպորտային պատահարի ժամանակ լինում է երկրորդ կողմ: Եթե ինչ-որ մեկի պատճառով է մեքենան բախվում պատին, ապա դա արդեն չի կարող ինքնավթար համարվել: Այսինքն, եթե ինչ-որ մեկի պատճառով մեքենան բախվել է պատին, ծառին, կամ մեկ այլ բանի և պարզվում է, որ երկրորդ կողմի մեղավորությամբ է այն տեղի ունեցել, որը ես կանվանեի առանց հպման վթար, ապա այդ դեպքում մեքենաները պետք է հատուցում ստանան: Իսկ նման տվյալի բացակայության դեպքում փոխհատուցում չի տրամադրվում»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանի ավտոապահովագրողների բյուրոյի գործադիր տնօրեն Վահան Ավետիսյանը:
