Արմեն Գեւորգյանի խափանման միջոցի գործով բողոքի քննությունը հետաձգվեց
SOCIETYՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գեւորգյանի պաշտպանը չի ստացել դատախազության կողմից ներկայացված վերաքննիչ բողոքի օրինակը եւ հնարավորություն չի ունեցել գրավոր առարկություններ պատրաստելու։ Այս հիմքով այսօր՝ հունվարի 11–ին հետաձգվեց Արմեն Գեւորգյանի խափանմա միջոցի գործով բողոքի քննությունը. այն կշարունակվի հունվարի 17–ին։
Նշենք, որ Արմեն Գեւորգյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդությունը մերժելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը բողոքարկել է գլխավոր դատախազությունը։ Դատարանի որոշումը մասնակի բողոքարկել է նաեւ պաշտպանական կողմը՝ դատարանից խնդրելով օրինական ուժի մեջ թողնել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը եւ հաստատված համարել ՀՀ ՔՕ 190 հոդվածով նախատեսված հիմնավոր կասկածի բացակայությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 14–ին Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը մերժեց Արմեն Գեւորգյանին կալանավորելու ՀՔԾ–ի միջնորդությունը։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 12–ին նախկին պաշտոնյային նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Գեւորգյանը մասնավորապես մեղադրվում է ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 311 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից առանձապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառաք ստանալը), ՀՀ ՔՕ 190 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (փողերի լվացում, որը կատարվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով) ՀՀ ՔՕ 38-300.1 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սահմանադրական կարգի տապալմանը օժանդակելը):
Ավելի վաղ Արմեն Գեւորգյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Մարտի 1-ի գործով արդարադատության կայացմանը խոչընդոտելու համար: Նախաքննական մարմինը նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
