Երեկ կառավարության նիստում Ընտանեկան օրենսգրքի շուրջ քննարկումների ժամանակ առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել էր, որ երեխաների որդեգրման գործընթացներում, ըստ օդում կախված լուրերի, մաֆիա է գործում, որդեգրված երեխաներն անգամ կարող են օրգանների վաճառքի զոհ դառնալ ու զրկվել մեկ օրգանից:

ԱԱԾ պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանն էլ հաստատապես հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանում որդեգրված և արտասահման մեկնած որևէ երեխ ա իր որևէ օրգանից չի զրկվել։ Նույնը հայտարարեց նաև գլխավոր դատախազ ԱրթուրԴավթյանը։

Թե ինչու էր առաջին փոխվարչապետ, իսկ մի քանի օրից էլ ԱԺ նախագահի պարտականությունների ստանձնմանն անցնող Միրզոյանը որոշել օդում կախված լուրերի հիման վրա հայտարարություն անել, դժվար է ասել: Ինչպես հայտնի գաղտնալսումների ժամանակ, այդպես էլ հիմա, փաստացի իրավիճակը փրկում է ԱԱԾ պետ Վանեցյանը: Գուցեև պատճառը տոնական տրամադրությունն էր, որից կտրվելը աշխատանքային առաջին նիստին դժվար էր ստացվել: Սա կես կատակ-կես լուրջ:

Իրականում, սակայն, օդում կախված լուրերի վրա հայտարարություններ անելը ներկայիս իշխանության սիրած զբաղմունքն էր ընդդիմություն եղած տարիներին: Հիմա, երբ ընդդիմությունն այլևս իշխանություն է, նրանք բնականաբար այդ զբաղմունքից հրաժարվել են, գոնե բացահայտ: Ավելին ՝ հաճախ մեղադրում են լրատվամիջոցներին օդում կախված լուրեր շրջանառելու համար: Սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք Միրզոյանի օրինակով, իրենք ևս կարող են նմանատիպ հայտարարություններ անել:

 Միրզոյանի հայտարարության դեպքում խնդիրը ոչ միայն արծարծվող թեմայի խիստ հուզականության ու նրբանկատության մեջ է, որոնց սահմանները փոխվարչապետը խախտում է՝ առիթ տալով ապագայում մի շարք տեղեկատվական-քարոզչական գրոհների, այլև այն հանգամանքը, որ ներկայիս իշխանությունն իր վարքաբանությամբ ու լեզվամտածողությամբ այդպես էլ չի կարողանում դուրս գալ հավերժ ընդդիմության նախկին կարգավիճակից: Միրզոյանի հայտարարությունը ընդամենը մեկ օրինակ է, որը քննարկման առարկա դարձավ խնդրո առարկայի էությունից ելնելով: Իրականում օրինակները բազմաթիվ են ու արտահայտվում են հենց նույն Փաշինյանի հրապարակային բազմաթիվ ելույթներում, երբ, օրինակ, արվում են հայտարարություններ քրեական ինչ-որ գործի շրջանակներում օպերատիվ վարկածների մասին, այնուհետ այդ վարկածները հերքվում են:

Մեծ հաշվով, իհարկե, չենք արդարացնում այն, որ ընդդիմությունն իրեն կարող է թույլ տալ խոսել օդից կախված լուրերով, իսկ իշխանությունը ոչ: Թյուր կարծիք կա, թե ընդդիմությունն ի տարբերություն իշխանության ունի խոսքի անպատասխանատվության հնարավորություն: Եվ եթե ներկայիս իշխանությանը նախկինում, ընդդիմադիր եղած ժամանակ հանրությունը դատապարտեր խոսքի անպատասխանատվության դրսևորումների համար, գուցեև այսօր նմանատիպ պատկեր չունենայինք: Ամեն դեպքում հիմա էլ ուշ չէ, որ գոնե իշխանության կարգավիճակում այդ պատասխանատվությունը գիտակցվի, հատկապես, որ նախկին ընդդիմություն-ներկայիս իշխանության ընդդիմադիրները որոշել են շարունակել ընդդիմադիր քննադատության «լավագույն» ավանդույթները:
