VIDEOՄհեր Ենոքյանը և Արամ Հարությունյանը դատապարտվել են նույն հոդվածով և համարվում են հանցանքի համակատարողներ, բայց կրել են տարբեր պատիժներ։ Այդ մասին 24TV-ի եթերում հայտարարել է լրագրող, իրավաբան Զարուհի Մեջլումյանը, որը, միաժամանակ, ցմահ դատապարտյալ Մհեր Ենոքյանի կինն է։
Մեջլումյանը, հակառակ Աղաջանովի հոր պնդումների, թե երկուսի համար պահանջել են գնդակահարություն, նշել է, որ քրեական գործի նյութերում ոչ մի խոսք չի եղել Արամ Հարությունյանին գնդակահարելու մասին։
«Աղաջանովները 20 տարի շարունակ շրջանառել են ևս մեկ սուտ, որ դին մասնատված է, և դա վկայել են տասնյակ մարդիկ, որոնք առանչվել են իրենց ընտանիքի հետ։ Սա արվել է մեկ նպատակով, որ որևէ մեկը չմոտենա այս գործին։ Չգիտես ինչու՝ Արամ Հարությունյանը դառնում է այն խեղճ տղան, որն իրենց վրա նորմալ տպավորություն է թողել, և ես սկսում եմ մտածել՝ ինչո՞ւ է նա խնայվել և՛ դատարանի, և՛ տուժող ընտանիքի կողմից»,- ասել է Մեջլումյանը։
Մեջլումյանը նշում է, որ օր առաջ ազատության վերադառնալով՝ կպայքարեն արդարացման համար, և որտեղ էլ լինի Մհեր Ենոքյանը, կհասնեն արդարացման դատավճռի։
Ինչո՞ւ դատարանում Արամ Հարությունյանի հոր և հորեղբոր ցուցմունքից հետո պարոն Աղաջանովը լռեց և դադարեց պահանջել գործի օբյեկտիվ քննություն. մանրամասները՝ ըստ Մեջլումյանի վարկածների։
