Կրթության ոլորտում փոփոխությունների համար պետք է քայլեր արվեն, որոնք չեմ տեսնում․ Բախշյան

Քայլերի այն տրամաբանությունը, որը ենթադրում է ինչ–որ փոփոխություն կրթության ոլորտում, չի երեւում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց կրթության փորձագետ Անահիտ Բախշյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վերջին 8 ամիսների ԿԳ գործունեությանը։
«Որպեսզի կրթության ոլորտում փոփոխություններ լինեն, պետք է քայլեր արվեն, իսկ ես կրթության ոլորտում չեմ տեսել այդ քայլերը, կամ ընդհանրապես չի երեւում քայլերի այն տրամաբանությունը, որը ենթադրում է ինչ–որ փոփոխություն»,– ասաց նա:
Բախշյանի կարծիքով ամենակարեւոր բանը, որ այս ընթացքում պետք է արվեր դպրոցներում կառավարման խորհուրդների ձեւավորման եւ տնօրենի ընտրության կարգի փոփոոխությունն էր, ինչը չի արվել։
«Ամենակարեւոր բանը, որը պետք է արված լիներ, դա դպրոցներում կառավարման խորհուրդների ձեւավորման կարգի եւ տնօրենի ընտրության կարգերի փոփոխություններն են, դա արդեն պետք է եղած լիներ, որովհետեւ այդ հին կարգերն են, որ մինչ օրս յուրաքանչյուր դպրոցում տնօրենի ընտրության ժամանակ իր խայտառակ տեսքը դրսեւորում է, եւ վերջին դրսեւորումը 2 ամիս առաջ Չարենցավանի դպրոցի պատմությունն էր, երբ վարչապետը գնաց հասավ Չարենացավան եւ ասաց, որ այստեղ ամեն ինչ օրենքով է արված։ Ոչ, այդ ընտրությունը ձեւավորված կառավարման գործող կարգի թերությունն է եւ այդ կարգերում քանի դեռ փոփոխություններ չեն արվել, էս երեւույթները ցանկացած դպրոցում կշարունակվեն ու նախարարը կամ վարչապետը կասեն օրենքով է արված։ Բայց ակնհայտ է, որ այդ ընտրությունները տնօրենների հանրության կողմից սվիններով են ընդունվում։ Այդ կարգերի փոփոխությունը օրապահանջ են։ Այդ փոփոխությունները կան թղթի վրա, ես աշխատել եմ նույնիսկ դրանց վրա, սակայն ինչի չեն արվում, չեմ կարող ասել»,– եզրափակեց նա։
