Հեղափոխությունից հետո նախորդ իշխանությունների հանդեպ հասարակական ու քաղաքական այն հակակրանքը, որ սկսվեց, իր էությամբ տոտալ չէր: Այսինքն, կային գործիչներ, որոնց հանդեպ այդ հակակրանքը կա՛մ մեղմ էր, կա՛մ չկար: 

Այդպիսի գործիչներից ամենավառը, թերևս, նախկին պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն էր: Դեռևս նախկին իշխանության գոյության վերջին շրջանում նրա կերպարի շուրջ ձևավորվել էր որոշակի «դիսիդենտական» քող: Այդ քողը, բնականաբար, տեսանելի էր նաև հեղափոխության օրերին և դրանից հետո: Մի կողմից Օհանյանի կերպարի հանդեպ հասարակական որոշակի լոյալությունը, մյուս կողմից իշխանությունների թիրախից դուրս գտնվելը, մեկ այլ կողմից էլ հեղափոխության ֆոնին նախորդ իշխանությունների հասցեին Օհանյանի կողմից հնչեցվող քննադատություններն ու իշխանափոխության հասցեին դրական գնահատականները մտայնություն էին ստեղծում, որ Օհանյանը կամ արդեն «ներվել է», կամ առնվազն չի թիրախավորվի առաջիկայում: Որոշ լավատեսներ էլ պնդում էին, թե նա շուտով պաշտոն կստանա:

Եվ ահա երեկ հաստատվեցին օրեր շարունակ շրջանառվող այն լուրերը, որ Օհանյանին ՀՔԾ–ն Մարտի 1–ի գործով ներգրավել է որպես մեղադրյալ: Օհանյանի արձագանքն էլ, բնականաբար, չուշացավ. նա ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ անդրադարձավ այդ փաստին ու իշխանություններին որոշակի զգուշավորությամբ մեղադրեց Սահմանադրությունն արհամարհելու մեջ:

Մեղավո՞ր է Օհանյանը, թե՞ ոչ, դժվար է ասել, դա թերևս իրավապահների տիրույթում գտնվող հարց է: Առավել հետաքրքրական է խնդրի քաղաքական կողմը, ընդ որում այդ հետաքրքրությունը միայն Օհանյանով չի սահմանափակվում: Մեծ և փոքր կալիբրի զանազան գործիչներ հանկարծ դառնում են խիստ սկզբունքային, երբ պարզվում է, որ իրենց սերն իշխանությունների հանդեպ միակողմանի է: Սա հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի ամենաարատավոր երևույթներից է, երբ դեռևս երեկ իշխանական միջանցքներում հայտնվելու փորձեր անողներն այդ փորձերի ձախողումից հետո դառնում են արմատական ընդդիմություն:
