ՀՀ  երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբոր՝ Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի որդին՝ Հայկ Սարգսյանը խոսել է Պրահայում պահվող եղբոր՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հետ:

Այս մասին այսօր՝  հունվարի 16- ին դատարանում լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց Հայկ Սարգսյանը: NEWS.am-ի հարցին, թե Պրահայում ի՞նչ պայմաններում է պահվում եղբայրը, Հայկ Սարգսյանը կտրուկ պատասխանեց. «ընտիր»: Հարցին, թե նա ի՞նչ դժգոհություններ է հայտնել, Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց. «Ոչ մի»:

Նշենք, որ այսօր դատարանում պետք է քննվեր Հայկ Սարգսյանի վերաբերյալ գործը, նիստը սակայն քիչ առաջ հետաձգվեց մեղադրող դատախազի բացակայության պատճառով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ  միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Նարեկ Սարգսյանը հայտնաբերվել է 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում: Հայտնաբերման պահին նա ներկայացրել է Գվատեմալայի քաղաքացու կեղծ անձնագիր՝ Ֆրանկլին Գոնսալեսի անհատական տվյալներով։ Ներկայումս քննարկվում է նրա՝ Հայաստան արտահանձնման հարցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018թ. հունիսի 26-ին հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու եւ թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի եւ դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու կամ պատրաստելու նպատակով կամ դրանց ապօրինի իրացնելու հատկանիշներով:

Բացի այս, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն էր հաղորդել, որ դեռեւս 2013-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, չարաշահելով նկարիչ Մարտիրոս Սարյանի ժառանգներից մեկի վստահությունը, նրանից վերցրել է նկարչի 14 գծանկարները, իսկ հետո, անտեսելով տուժողի բազմաթիվ պահանջները, հրաժարվել է դրանք վերադարձնել։

ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հաշվառման վայրում անցած ամռանը կատարած խուզարկության հետեւանքով հայտնաբերել էին նկարները, ինչպես նաեւ 115 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, 27 հազար եվրո, թանկարժեք ժամացույցներ, բազմաթիվ ոսկյա մետաղադրամներ եւ զարդեր։

2018թ. հուլիսի 6-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, հուլիսի 24-ին՝ միջազգային հետախուզում:
