Փաշինյանի մտերիմ ընկերն այժմ էլ ԱԺ-ում «աթոռ կմաշեցնի»

Տավուշի՝ արդեն նախկին մարզպետ Վահե Ղալումյանը հիմա էլ իր բեղմնավոր աշխատանքը շարունակելու է նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովում: Ղալումյանը, ի դեպ, միակ մարզպետն էր, ում Փաշինյանը նախընտրեց գործուղել խորհրդարան: Սա այն մարզպետն է, ում նշանակումը այդ կարևոր պաշտոնին՝ կապում էին միայն ու միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ ունեցած ընկերական հարաբերությունների հետ: Սա այն մարզպետն էր, ով լրագրողներից մեկի հետ զրույցում որպես իր գլխավոր ձեռբքերում՝ նշել էր վարչական լծակների օգտագործման բացառումը, մինչդեռ թվում էր՝ մարզպետը Նոր Հայաստանում ավելի կարևոր աշխատանք ուներ կատարելու, քան իրավապահների գործին «վայիս» լինելը:
Իրականում, լինելով սահմանամերձ մարզի ղեկավար՝ Վահե Ղալումյանը պետք է որ այս մի քանի ամիսն օգտագործեր մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքների` առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող հիմնախնդիրների լուծման համար: Մարզպետարանի պաշտոնական կայքից բնավ չի զգացվում, որ Ղալումյանի պաշտոնավարման ամիսներին մարզում ներդրումային բում է գրանցվել՝ մինչդեռ մարզպետն ուներ նման կայսերական նկրտումներ: Չի զգացվում, որ մարզում կրճատվել է գործազրկությունը, ստեղծվել են նոր աշխատատեղեր: Տպավորություն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր վաղեմի ընկերոջը տարել է ԱԺ՝ էլ ավելի մեծ տապալումից փրկելու համար, միայն թե հասկանալի չէ՝ որպես մարզպետ ձախողված պաշտոնյան ինչ օգուտ կարող է բերել իշխանական թիմին խորհրդարանում:
Ընդհանրապես, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այս ռազմավարությունը կիրառվել է ոչ միայն Ղալումյանի դեպքում. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմից գրեթե բոլոր ձախողակ պաշտոնյաներն այսօր արդեն պատգամավոր են: Նմանատիպ մի իրավիճակ էլ ստեղծվել էր Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններից հետո, երբ ավագանու անդամները մեկը մյուսի հետևից մոռացության մատնեցին երևանցիներին տված խոստումները և ինքնամոռաց շտապեցին խորհրդարան…
