Ադրբեջանցիները կրկին փորձել են խեղաթյուրել Իրանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի հայտարարությունը. փորձագետ
POLITICSԱդրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, անդրադառնալով Իրանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Մոհամմադ Բաղերիի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովի հունվարի 16-ին Բաքվում կայացած հանդիպմանը, տեղեկատվություն են հրապարակել, թե «Իրանը համարում է Ղարաբաղն ադրբեջանական տարածք, աջակցում և այսուհետ ևս կաջակցի Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը»:
Թեմայի վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություն ստանալու նպատակով «Արմենպրես»-ը զրուցել է իրանագետ Արմեն Իսրայելյանի հետ:
- Ինչպե՞ս է ներկայացվել այդ հայտարարությունը իրանական լրատվամիջոցներում:
- Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների նման մոտեցումը նորություն չէ, Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների գրեթե բոլոր հանդիպումների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները դիմում են նման հնարքի՝ կամ ներկայացնում են ենթատեքստից կտրված ձևակերպումներ, կամ ամբողջովին խեղաթյուրում են այն:
Գրեթե նույն իրողությանը հանդիպեցինք Իրանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների 2018թ. հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ, երբ ԻԻՀ ԱԳ նախարարին Արցախի վերաբերյալ վերագրել էին հայտարարություն, որը նա պարզապես չէր արել:
Անդրադառնալով այսօրվա հանդիպմանը՝ նշեմ, որ Իրանի ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետը ոչ միայն նման հայտարարություն չի արել, այլ Արցախյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ որևէ անդրադարձ չկա իրանական պաշտոնական լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներում:
Իրանի պետական «IRNA» լրատվական գործակալության հաղորդմամբ՝ Իրանի ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետը հայտարարել է, որ «Իրանը սատարում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»:
Պետք է նշել, որ այս ձևակերպումը նորություն չէ, և Իրանի նախագահը, ԱԳ և պաշտպանության նախարարներն ադրբեջանցի իրենց գործընկերների հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում մշտապես ներկայացնում են այդ ձևակերպումը: Ինչ վերաբերում է տարածքային ամբողջականության վերաբերյալ ձևակերպմանը, ապա իրանական կողմը մշտապես կարևորել է այդ սկզբունքը՝ հաշվի առնելով երկրում անջատողական վտանգը:
- Իսկ ի՞նչ դիրքորոշում ունի Իրանն Արցախյան հակամարտության հարցում:
- Արցախի հարցում Իրանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը հետևյալն է՝ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է լուծվի խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ միջազգային իրավունքի և նորմերի հիման վրա»:
Գրեթե նույնաբովանդակ հայտարարություններ են հնչում ինչպես հայկական, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանական կողմերի հետ պաշտոնական հանդիպումներում:
