Բացահայտվել է 54-ամյա տղամարդու սպանությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են 54-ամյա Վ.Սարգսյանի սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ սպանության շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Վ.Սարգսյանի դիակը հայտնաբերվել է 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 09-ին` Արարատի մարզի Սայաթ-Նովա գյուղի տարածքում գտնվող դաշտում ` գանգի հիմի և թաղի ոսկրերի բազմաբեկոր կոտրվածքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանություն):
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ տղամարդուն կյանքի համար վտանգավոր մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառվել է նոյեմբերի 8-ին՝ կենցաղային հարցի շուրջ առաջացած վիճաբանության արդյունքում:
Ըստ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների՝ 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 8-ին Վ.Սարգսյանը վիճաբանել է Արարատի մարզի 35-ամյա մի բնակչի հետ՝ ցեխոտ ոտքերով տուն մտնելու հարցի շուրջ, այնուհետև միասին շրջել են ջրատարի ափամերձ հատվածով, որի ժամանակ 35-ամյա տղամարդը նախապես իր հետ վերցրած երկաթյա խողովակով հարվածներ է հասցրել Վ.Սարգսյանի գլխին: Ստացած վնասվածքներից վերջինս մահացել է:
Պարզվել է 35-ամյա տղամարդու ինքնությունը, ով սպանության կասկածանքով նոյեմբերի 10-ին ձերբակալվել է, իսկ նոյեմբերի 11-ին նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսագրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նույն օրը քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին, ինչը բավարարվել: Նա հարցաքննվել է, կատարվել քննչական փորձարարություն:
2015թ. նոյեմբերի 12-ին որոշում է կայացվել մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ ստացիոնար դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվող կամ մեղադրվող անձը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
