Հունվարի 1-ից նպաստները կբարձրանան. ընտանիքները չեն զրկվի 18 հազար դրամ սոցիալական նպաստից
VIDEOԿառավարության հունվարի 17-ի նիստում որոշում կայացրեց փոփոխություն կատարել «Պետական նպաստների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովելու մասին» որոշման մեջ, որը ընդունվելու դեպքում 2019 թվականի հունվարից, կենսաթոշակի, ծերության, հաշմանդամության եւ կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերի բարձրացման պատճառով, չեն զրկվի ընտանեկան կամ սոցիալական նպաստ ստանալու իրավունքից:
Հարցը ներկայացրեց Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Արսեն Մանուկյանը: Նա նշեց, որ նախագծի նպատակը ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում հաշվառված ընտանիքների սոցիալական պաշտպանության բավարար մակարդակ ապահովելն է։
«Ինչպես գիտենք, հունվարի 1-ից տեղի է ունեցել կենսաթոշակի, ծերության, հաշմանդամության եւ կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերի բարձրացում, ինչը կանդրադառնա բազմաթիվ ընտանիքների ընտանեկան կամ սոցիալական նպաստի իրավունքի վրա: Մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է կենսաթոշակի նվազագույն չափը, ինչպես նաեւ ծերության, հաշմանդամության եւ կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերը սահմանել 25500 դրամ։
