Քրեական հեղինակություն «Տույը» 10 հազար դոլար է տվել Փաշինյանի խորհրդականին

Որքան էլ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է վստահեցնել հանրությանը, որ թիմի անդամները կապ չունեն քրեական աշխարհի հետ ու մերժել են նախկին իշխանությունների բարքերը, միևնույն է, իրականությունը բոլորովին այլ բանի մասին է խոսում։
Մեր նախորդ հրապարակումներից մեկում մենք անդրադարձել էին «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի պատգամավոր, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետի նախկին տեղակալ Հայկ Սարգսյանի և քրեական աշխարհի կապի մասին։ Մեր հրապարակման մեջ լուսանկարների տեսքով ներկայացված էին փաստեր, որոնք վկայում էին նրա և մարդասպանության համար ՌԴ-ում հետախուզվողի կապի մասին։
Փաշինյանի թիմում Հայկ Սարգսյանը միակը չէ, որ նման կապեր ունի։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների՝ «Իմ քայլից» վարչապետի խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Պապիկյանը և Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը, ովքեր առաջադրված էին թիվ 1 ընտրատարածքում, որն իր մեջ ներառում էր Երևան քաղաքի Ավան, Նոր Նորք, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանները ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունեն քրեական հեղինակություն Արթուր Ղազարյանի՝ «Տույի» հետ։ Ղազարյանը փորձում է ամեն կերպ սերտ կապեր ունենալ Փաշինյանի իշխանության հետ։ Նա անգամ մասնակցում էր Փաշինյանի և գործարարաների՝ Տավուշում կազմակերպված հանդիպմանը։
Մեր աղբյուրի փախանցմամբ՝ «Տույի» հարաբերությունները «Իմ քայլի» թեկնածուների հետ այքնան լավ է եղել, որ նա անգամ ֆինանսավորել է նրանց նախընտրական քարոզարշավը։ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանին տրված ֆինանսական օգնության մասով հստակ թվեր հայտնի չեն, իսկ ահա վարչապետի խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Պապիկյանին, շրջանառվող լուրերի համաձայն, «Տույը» 10 հազար դոլար գումար է տվել, որպեսզի նա քարոզարշավի ընթացքում գումարից «չնեղվի»։
Իհարկե, որևէ հանցագործություն չկա այն բանում, որ «Տույը» ֆինանսավորել է Մեսրոպ Պապիկյանի քարոզարշավը, բայց դա Փաշինյանի կողմից հայտարարված սկզբունքի խախտում է։ Եվ որ ամենակարևորն է՝ հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչ են դրա դիմաց տալու իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները «Տույին»։
