Որևէ մեկի պարտավորությունների մասին խոսելիս, նրա իրավունքների մասին հիշելը խրախուսվում է

Ուսուցիչներին «դաստիարակելու» հրապարակային այս գործընթացը հանրակրթությունը բարելավվելու՞ համար է։ Այդ ոլորտում խնդիրները այնքա՜ն շատ են, որ վարքականոն մշակելուց առաջ (որում, ի դեպ, ոչ մի նոր բան չկա) գուցե արժե խոսել ծրագրերի փոփոխությունից, ավագ՝ չկայացած դպրոցից, դասագրքերի վճարից, անհամաչափ ծանր դպրոցական պայուսակներից, բնագիտական առարկաների մասնագիտական դասարանների բացակայությունից, երկու հերթով դասերից, առաց նվազագույն տեխնիկայի ինֆորմատիկա դասավանդելուց, այս շարքը շատ երկար է և սրանք ուսուցչի սխալ վարքագծի հետևանք չեն։ Ընդհանրական ու հիմնականում բացասական երանգով ուսուցիչների մասին խոսելիս, նախ՝ ավելի է վարկաբեկվում առանց այդ էլ ցածր հեղինակությունը, երկրորդ՝ գնահատական է տրվում մասնագիտական հսկայական համայնքի, որտեղ, վստահեցնում եմ, աշխատում են նաև իրենց գործի իսկական նվիրյալներ։ Երևի թե արժե «վատն» էլ, «լավն» էլ հասցեականացնել։ Ու առաջին հերթին, հենց այդ նվիրյալներին շնորհակալություն հայտնել, որ առանց որևէ սոցիալական երաշխիքի, իսկապես երեխա են կրթում։ Իսկ «վատերին» անհատականացնելն ավելի հեշտ է։ Տվե՛ք մանկավարժին արժանապատիվ աշխատելու պայմաններ և ապրելու համար անհրաժեշտ սոցիալական երաշխիքներ, ապա միայն փորձեք գնահատել մասնագիտական վարկանիշը, աշխատանքի որակն ու մասնագիտական պատվի բարձրությունը։ Հ․Գ․ որևէ մեկի պարտավորությունների մասին խոսելիս, նրա իրավունքների մասին հիշելը խրախուսվում է:
