Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ներման մասին ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ Վարչապետը Հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունն ստանալուց հետո` ոչ ուշ, քան 15-ՕՐՅԱ ժամկետում, Նախագահին ներկայացնում է ներման խնդրագիր ներկայացրած անձին ներում շնորհելու կամ ներման շնորհումը մերժելու մասին առաջարկություն։

Ընդ որում, իրավական ակտերի մասին հին և նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին նոր օրենքների վերլուծության արդյունքում, որքան հասկանում եմ, ակնհայտ է, որ այդ 15-օրյա ժամկետը վերաբերում է ՕՐԱՑՈւՑԱՅԻՆ, այլ ոչ թե աշխատանքային օրերին։
Հետևություն՝ Վարչապետը պետք է որ արդեն որոշումը կայացրած լինի։
Ես կապվեցի Աղաջանովների ընտանիքի հետ և պարզեցի, որ որոշման մասին նրանց մասնավոր կարգով ևս չեն ծանուցել։
