«Եթե որոշումները կլինեն այն պատճառով, որ մեր պետությունում մեր կողմից կընդունվեն օրենքներ, որոնց արդյունքում կխախտվեն մարդու իրավունքները, կասեմ՝ մեր մեղքն է: Եթե արդարադատության նախարարությունը համապատասխան միջամտություն չի անի, այսինքն՝ չի գնա դեպի հաշտություն, ուղղելու և գնա հին տարբերակով, որ ամեն ինչի դեմ պետք է պայքարել, կասեմ՝ դա մեր մեղքն է: Սամվել Մայրապետյանի գործով այդ օրենքն ընդունվել է նախորդ իշխանության օրոք, կարող եմ կառավարության որոշումը հանել ու ցույց տալ, թե ով է տակը ստորագրել»,- խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանն`անդրադառնալով գործարար Սամվել Մայրապետյան գործով ՄԻԵԴ-ում կայացված որոշմանը:

Հիշեցնենք, այդ գործով ՄԻԵԴ-ը ցուցում է տվել Հայաստանի կառավարությանը շտապ կերպով ապահովել Սամվել Մայրապետյանի առողջական վիճակին համապատասխան բուժօգնություն՝ համաձայն բժիշկ մասնագետների ցուցումների՝ այդ թվում տրանսլյումինալ դրենավորման մեթոդի կիրառմամբ. «Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ըստ բժիշկ մասնագետների Սամվել Մայրապետյանի բուժումը Հայաստանում հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել, մասնավորապես տրանսլյումինալ դրենավորման մեթոդի բացակայության պատճառով, ՄԻԵԴ որոշումից բխում է, որ Սամվել Մայրապետյանին պետք է թույլ տալ մեկնել Գերմանիա՝ այն հիվանդանոց, որտեղ նախկինում բուժվել է»:

Լրագրողները հետաքրքրվեցին նաեւ այն հարցերով, որ տարբեր աղմկահարույց գործերով դատավորներն ինքնաբացարկ են հայտնում: Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանն ասում է`«Եթե դատավորները գործերը գցում են իրար վրա, դա անօրինական է, տվյալ դատավորը պետք է ենթարկվի պատասխանատվության»:
