INTERNATIONAL NEWSՉինաստանի գյուղերից մեկի նախկին կուսկոմի քարտուղարին մահապատժի են ենթարկել՝ 180կգ թմրամիջոցների արտադրության եւ շրջանառության համար, հաղորդում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»՝ վկայակոչելով չինական լրատվամիջոցներին:
Global Times թերթի տվյալներով, 2016 թվականին Լուֆեն քաղաքում գտնվող Բոշե գյուղի կուսակցության կոմիտեի նախկին քարտուղարը մահվան է դատապարտվել՝ մեթամֆետամին վաճառելու համար:
Ամբաստանյալը չի համաձայնել դատարանի դատավճիռին եւ բողոքարկել է, սակայն Չինաստանի Գերագույն Ժողովրդական Դատարանը մերժել է դատավճիռը: Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել հինգշաբթի օրը:
Չինաստանում մահապատիժը նախատեսված է Քրեական օրենսգրքի շատ հոդվածներով, հիմնականում՝ թմրանյութերի վաճառքի համար:
Համաշխարհային հանրությունը վերջերս մեծ ուշադրությամբ հետեւում էր Կանադայի քաղաքացի Ռոբերտ Լլոյդ Շելլենբերգի ճակատագրին, որը Չինաստանում մահապատժի ենթարկվեց 222կգ մեթամֆետամինի մաքսանենգության համար՝ այն բանից հետո երբ ցանկացավ վիճարկել 15 տարվա ազատազրկման նախորդ դատավճիռը:
