2018թ. արձանագրվել է սպանության 36 դեպք. սա նվազագույն ցուցանիշն է 1980 թվականից ի վեր

2018թ. ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է սպանության 36 դեպք: Այս ցուցանիշը նվազագույնն է՝ առնվազն վերջին 38 տարվա կտրվածքով: Ընդ որում՝ նշվածներից 3-ը վերաբերում է անձի անհետ կորելու փաստերին: Նախորդող՝ 2017թ. համեմատությամբ (արձանագրվել է 47 դեպք, որից 6-ը՝ անհետ կորածների հետ կապված) հանրային ամենամեծ վտանգավորություն ունեցող այս հանցատեսակով դեպքերը նվազել են 11-ով կամ 23.4 տոկոսով, իսկ 2016թ. (66 դեպք, որից 10-ը՝ անհետ կորածների հետ կապված) նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ՝ 30-ով կամ 45.4 տոկոսով:

ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ վերջին երեք տարվա կտրվածքով, փաստորեն, ավելի քան եռակի անգամ նվազել են նաև անձանց անհետ կորելու դեպքերը:

Ըստ տասնամյակների կատարված համեմատական վերլուծությունը վկայում է, որ եթե 1980-ականներին (1980-1989թթ.) սպանությունների տարեկան միջին ցուցանիշը կազմել է 60 դեպք, ապա 1990-ականներին՝ այդ թիվը կտրուկ ավելացել է՝ դառնալով 160: Ընդ որում՝ այս երկու տասնամյակների անցումը, որը պատմականորեն նշանավորվում է ԽՍՀՄ փլուզմամբ և ՀՀ անկախության շրջանի մեկնարկով, աչքի է ընկել սպանությունների ցուցանիշի կտրուկ աճով: Այսպես՝ 1989թ. Հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է սպանության 88 դեպք, հաջորդ տարի՝ 1990թ, արդեն՝ 178 դեպք կամ կրկնակի ավելի:

1990թ. սկսած՝ սպանությունների եռանիշ թվով ցուցանիշը պահպանվել է մինչև 1997թ: Ընդ որում՝ 1990-1997թթ. ժամանակահատվածում տարեկան տեղի են ունեցել եռանիշ թվով սպանություններ, և այդ իմաստով վատթարագույն ցուցանիշն արձանագրվել է 1992թ.՝ 305 դեպք: 2000-2009թթ. տարեկան տեղի ունեցող սպանությունների միջին թիվը կազմել է 73, իսկ 2010թ մինչև 2018թ. ընկած հատվածում՝ 50: Ընդ որում՝ վերջին տասնամյակում /2008-2018թթ./ սպանության դեպքերը նվազել են շուրջ 53.8%-ով /78-36/:

Սպանությունների վիճակագրությունը, դրա շարժընթացի միտումները, ի թիվս այլ հանգամանքների, կարևորագույն ցուցիչ ու ելակետ են յուրաքանչյուր երկրում հանցավորության ընդհանուր վիճակի, դրա դեմ տարվող պայքարի, հատկապես կանխարգելիչ միջոցների, ինչպես նաև հասարակության իրավագիտակցության, սուցիալ-հոգեբանական բազում գործոնների մակարդակի գնահատման համար:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում իրականացվում են նման բնույթի կրիմինոլոգիական ուսումնասիրություններ, որոնց առավել ընդգրկուն արդյունքները ևս կհանրայնացվեն: Այդ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվելու հանրապետությունում հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարության մշակման, պլանավորման ուղղությամբ:
