Միևնույն ժամանակ Հրանտ Դինքի մահվան 12-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ գրառում է կատարել նաև Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ, խորհրդարանի՝ Դիարբեքիրից ընտրված հայազգի պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը: Նա, մասնավորապես, մեջբերել է Հրանտ Դինքի հայտնի խոսքերը ժողովուրդների փոխադարձ հարգանքի ու միմյանց հասկանալու անհրաժեշտության մասին:
