Արցախը երբեք չի լինի Ադբրեջանի մաս: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին հայտարարել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը Regnumլրատվական գործակալությունում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում, որը նվիրված է եղել Մոսկվայում Արցախի օրերին:
«Մի շարք եվրոպական և ամերիկյան քաղաքներ և նահանգներ, այդ թվում` Լոս Անջելեսը, ինչպես նաև ավստրալական Նոր Հարավային Ուելս նահանգն արդեն ճանաչել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի` ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: Ինչ վերաբերում է պետությունների կողմից ճանաչմանը, ապա դա ժամանակի և քրտնաջան աշխատանքի հարց է»,-նշել է ղարաբաղյան պետության ղեկավարը:
Նախագահ Սահակյանի խոսքով` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքականության ուղղությունը կառուցվում է բազմավեկտորության և կոմպլեմենտար սկզբունքների վրա:
«Մենք ձգտում ենք կայուն և սերտ հարաբերություններ ունենալ բոլոր այն երկրների հետ, որտեղ մենք սփյուռք ունենք», - ընդգծել է ղարաբաղյան պետության ղեկավարը:
Խոսելով սահմանում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին, նախագահ Սահակյանն ընդգծել է, որ ի տարբերություն Ադբրեջանի, ԼՂՀ-ն փորձում է անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի նվազի լարվածությունը և խթանի միջազգային միջնորդների ջանքերին:
