SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունվարի 20-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Դատական համակարգի աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Ուղերձում ասված է.
«Դատական համակարգի հարգելի՛ աշխատակիցներ եւ վետերաններ,
Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Դատական համակարգի աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Սա եւս մեկ առիթ է արժեւորելու ու կարեւորելու ձեր առանցքային դերակատարությունը օրինականության, իրավունքի գերակայության եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, մեր երկրում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների զարգացման եւ պետականաշինության գործում։
Տարիներ շարունակ իրականացված բարեփոխումների եւ սկզբունքային քաղաքականության նպատակն էր ունենալ անկախ ու արհեստավարժ դատական իշխանություն, որի զարգացմանն ու կատարելագործմանը, դատական մարմինների եւ դատավորի լիարժեք անկախության ու ինքնուրույնության ապահովմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներն այսուհետ եւս պետք է լինեն հետեւողական ու կրեն շարունակական բնույթ:
Դատական համակարգի եւ գործող դատավորների առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից եղել եւ մնում է օրենքի տառին ու ոգուն, արդարադատության սկզբունքներին խստագույնս հետեւելն ու դրանցով առաջնորդվելը: Համոզված եմ, որ դա մշտապես կլինի ձեր գործունեության հիմքում եւ կօգնի արդյունավետորեն իրականացնել ձեր գործառույթները։
Պետությունը կշարունակի անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել դատական համակարգի աշխատողների աշխատանքային եւ սոցիալ-կենցաղային խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ:
