 ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շտապել է «ավետիս» տալ, թե 2018-ի 4-րդ եռամսյակում ներդրումները 50%-ով ավելացել են՝ 2017-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: Փաշինյանը ասել է, թե մենք` ընդդիմադիրներս, քննադատում էինք իրեն՝ գուժելով ներդրումների նվազման մասին:

Հիմա գնդակը ուղիղ հարվածով փոխանցում եմ Փաշինյանին և նրա իշխանությանը:
Հերիք չի՞ աճպարարությամբ զբաղվեք, մինչեւ ե՞րբ եք մանիպուլյացիա անելու:
Այո, ձեր իշխանության օրոք ներդրումները նվազել են: 
Ձեր իսկ ներկայացրած տվյալներով՝ 2018-ի առաջին եռամսյակում ներդրումները եղել են 94,2 միլիոն դոլար, երբ իշխանության է եղել Հանրապետականը, իսկ 2018-ի չորրորդ եռամսյակում ընդամենը 75, 5 միլիոն դոլար: 
Այսինքն՝ գրեթե 20 միլիոն դոլարով պակաս:

Աջ ու ձախ օպտիմալացումը, աշխատանքից եւ օրվա հացից բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներին զրկելը Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը բացատրում է ծախսերի արդյունավետությամբ: 
Մինչդեռ «դուխով» իշխանության համար ծախսերի կրճատումը վերաբերվում է Հայաստանի քաղաքացուն, բայց ոչ իշխանավորներին:

Մարդ չգիտի՝ լա, թե խնդա. Նիկոլի կադրերից մեկը ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս իրեն պարգևատրել է 104,5% դրույքաչափով, մյուսը` մեկ օրում երկու անգամ պարգևատրել է ինքն իրեն: 
ԱԺ 2 նոր հանձնաժողով են բացել՝ ծախսերն ավելացնելով նվազագույնը 35 միլիոն դրամով:

Եվ սա անում է այն իշխանությունը, որի ղեկավարը տառապում էր պապիկ-տատիկների նիսյաների համար, թռիչքային զարգացում էր խոստանում : Փաստորեն, կախարդական փայտիկը թարս է շարժվում:

Այս տեմպերով, որ գնա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը 2019-ին դժվար, բայց 2020-ին շանսեր ունի թռիչք գրանցելու:
