SOCIETYՑմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Մհեր Ենոքյանի կողմից սպանված Իոսիֆ Աղաջանովի հայրը՝ Միխայիլ Աղաջանովը, բաց նամակ է գրել՝ ուղղված ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.
«Հարգելի պարոն Փաշինյան,
Ձեզ բազմիցս գրավոր դիմել եմ ընդունելության խնդրանքով, ներկայացրել եմ նաև իմ մտահոգություն հարցի էությունը, այն, որ որպես հրեշավոր կերպով սպանված Իոսիֆ Աղաջանովի ծնող չեմ կարող հաշտվել Մհեր Ենոքյանի նկատմամբ հնարավոր ներման գործընթացի հետ` միաժամանակ խնդրելով ընդունելություն:
Ինձ Ձեր աշխատակազմից տեղեկացրել են, որ խնդիրը ներկայացվել է Ձեզ, և արդեն Դուք պետք է կարգադրություն անեք ինձ ընդունելու կամ չընդունելու հարցի վերաբերյալ:
Հարգելի պարոն վարչապետ, որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, որպես սպանված Իոսիֆ Աղաջանովի ծնող, որպես գիտության վաստակավոր գործիչ և վերջապես որպես հայ մարդ խնդրում եմ տասը րոպե ժամանակ գտնել ինձ անձամբ ընդունելու համար»,-գրել է Միխայիլ Աղաջանովը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մհեր Ենոքյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել համակուրսեցի Իոսիֆ Աղաջանովին սպանելու համար։ Նա 1996-ին նոյեմբերի 29-ին դատապարտվել է մահապատժի։ Ըստ դատավճռի՝ հանցագործությունը Ենոքյանը կատարել է ընկերոջ՝ գյուղատնտեսական ինստիտուտի ուսանող Արամ Հարությունյանի հետ, վերջինիս տանը:
Արամ Հարությունյանը դատապարտվել է 15 տարվա ազատազրկման: 2003-ին, մահապատիժը ՀՀ-ում վերացվել է, իսկ Մհեր Ենոքյանը դատապարտվել է ցմահ ազատազրկման։
Նշենք, որ լուրեր են պտտվում, որ Մհեր Ենոքյանն իրեն ներում շնորհելու խնդրագիր է ներկայացրել և Արդարադատության նախարարությունը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել:
Այս առնչությամբ Tert.am-ը պարզաբանում է խնդրել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից, որտեղից հատնել են. «Ներման հանձնաժողովի նիստերի օրակարգերում ընդգրկված հարցերը, մասնավորապես, որևէ դատապարտյալի որևէ խնդրագրի ու դրա ընթացքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները հրապարակման ենթակա չեն»:
