SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 20-ին «Թիվ 1 համալսարանական» հիվանդանոցից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության թիվ 02 խումբը «որովայնի ձախ կեսի ծակած-կտրած վերք, աջ ազդրի առաջնային մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել 25-ամյա երիտասարդ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Երևան քաղաքում գործող բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակներից մեկում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 1997 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել 25-ամյա երիտասարդի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնասներ:
20.01.2019 թվականին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը ներկայացել է Քննչական կոմիտեի Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, տվել ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք և ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը:
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
