Նախարարն ընդդեմ բնության՝ հանուն Գագիկ Հարությունյանի որդու բիզնեսի՞
POLITICSՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության կայքում տեղադրված է «Ջինջ Արփա Հիդրո» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից ներկայացված «Ջերմուկհիդրո» ՓՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության լրամշակված աշխատանքային նախագիծը։ Հայկական բնապահպանական ճակատ քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը օրերս հայտարարություն էր տարածել, պնդելով, որ նախնական ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն՝ «Ջերմուկհիդրո» ՓՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման տարածքը գտնվում է Ջերմուկի ջրաբանական պետական արգելավայրի տարածքում՝ ինչը նշանակում է, որ դրա կառուցումն անթույլատրելի է։
ՓՀԷԿ-ի՝ 1550 մ երկարությամբ և 1000 մմ տրամագծով խողովակաշարի կառուցման արդյունքում 1.4342 հա անտառային գոտու տարածքում կհատվի 434 ծառ` 8սմ և բարձր տրամագիծ ունեցող 124 և 2-7սմ տրամագծի 310 ծառ` կաղնի, ուռենի, արոսենի, հացենի, շլորի, ակացիա, բալենի: ՓՀԷԿ-ը խողովակի մեջ կվերցնի Փոքրաքար վտակի 13.8 տոկոսը:
Չնայած բնապահպանների բողոքին՝ բնապահպանության վերանշանակված նախարարը շարունակում է պաշտպանել ոչ թե բնության, այլ մանր ու միջին չինովնիկների բիզնես շահերը: Ուշագրավ է, որ Էդուարդ Գագիկի Հարությունյանը, ում պատկանում է այս ընկերությունը՝ ըստ ջերմուկցիների պնդումների՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի որդին է։ Թերևս Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը չի մոռանում Լիդիանում աշխատելու իր տարիները, երբ նա սպասարկում էր Հայաստանի բնությունն ավիրողների շահերը և ոչ մի կերպ չի հաշտվում իր նոր դիրքի հետ: Մի կողմից՝ նոր իշխանություններն անխնա քննադատում են նախորդների կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումները, փորձում տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ բնության պաշտպանության հարցում «Հռոմի պապից էլ կաթոլիկ են», մյուս կողմից՝ բնության պաշտպանությունը ստորադասում են նախկին կոռուպցիոն իշխանության ներկայացուցչի բիզնես շահերին...
