Նախօրեին Փաշինյանը Ցյուրիխում հանդես եկավ հերթական ելութով, որն առաջին հայացքից ականջահաճո է, բայց իրականում` հակասական։
Փաստորեն, ըստ Փաշինյանի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն ամրապնդեցին ժողովրդավարության նվաճումները Հայաստանում։
Երևի մոռացել է, ինչպես էր "ասֆալտին փռում" և "վզից բռնում" այլակարծություն ունեցողներին։
Արդյունքում Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ խորհրդարանում իրական ընդդիմություն չկա։
ԱԺ նախագահի 131 ձայնով (միաձայն) ընտրությունը դրա վառ վկայությունն է։
Փաշինյանը խոսում է իր կառավարության լեգիտիմության և հանրային աջակցության մասին։
Նախ, թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում բազմաթիվ են օրինակներն ավելի մեծ աջակցություն ունեցող կառավարությունների, որոնք կարճ ժամանակում մսխել են այն։
Կարծես` Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն այդ ճանապարհով է շարժվում։
Խոսում է սպասվող "տնտեսական հեղափոխության" մասին։
Եթե Հանրապետական կառավարությունը փոխանցել է նրան գրեթե 10% տնտեսական աճով տնտեսություն, ապա 2019-ին ակնկալվում է ընդամենը 4.9% տնտեսական աճ։
Ինչպե՞ս կարել է տնտեսական հեղափոխության հասնել, երբ տնտեսությունը գնալով գահավիժում է։
1. Իշխանության ղեկավարը խոսում է Եվրասիկան միության ընձեռած հնարավորությունների մասին' մոռանալով, որ ընդամենը 1,5 տարի առաջ ինքն էր նախաձեռնում նաև այդ միությունից դուրս գալու գործընթացը։
Իսկ հիմա իրողություն փոխվեց։
2. Փաշինյանը Հայաստանում արդյունաբերություն է ուզում զարգացնել առանց հանքարդյունաբերությունը գերակա ճյուղ համարելու։ Երևի այստեղ է նաև թաքնված պատճառը Ալավերդու պղնձաձուլարանի հնարավոր փակման և 630 աշխատողի փաստացի գործազրկության։
Արդյունքում, մենք հերթական անգամ գործ ունենք ոչ թե լուրջ ծրագրային ելույթի, այլ ընդամենը բարի ցանկությունների կամ բաժակաճառի հետ։ Ամենևին հակված չեմ պնդելու թե Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում տնտեսության զարգացում։
Բայց ցանկանալը մի բան է, կարողանալը` լրիվ ուրիշ։
