Մարուքյան. Ու՞մ է պետք փոխմարզպետի պաշտոնը, այն էլ՝ միանգամից 3-ը
BLOGԱզգային ժողովի «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը գրությամբ դիմել է վարչապետին՝ փոխմարզպետների քանակի և առհասարակ այդ հաստիքի գոյության առնչությամբ։ Այդ մասին պատգամավորը հայտնել է իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
Նա նշել է, որ մասնավորապես, քաղաքական կոալիցիա կազմելու ժամանակ՝ 2003 թվականին, որոշվեց, որ Հանրապետության մարզերում մարզպետների տեղեկալների թիվը պետք է ավելացվի: Այժմ, 1-ի փոխարեն, յուրաքանչյուր մարզում գործում են 2-3-ական մարզպետի տեղակալներ. Արմավիրի, Լոռու, Շիրակի, Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետներն ունեն 2-ական, իսկ Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Գեղարքունիքի, Կոտայքի, Սյունիքի, Տավուշի մարզպետները՝ 3-ական տեղակալներ: Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրին համայնքային բյուջեի հաշվին սպասարկում են օգնականներ, վարորդներ, կցված են ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաներ և այլն:
«Ըստ իս՝ որևէ կերպ արդարացված չէ մարզպետների տեղակալների թվի ավելացումը, իսկ նրանց կրճատումը զգալիորեն կխնայի պետական միջոցները։ Այսպիսով, առաջարկել եմ կրճատել մարզպետների տեղակալների թիվը՝ իրենց աշխատակազմերով, յուրաքանչյուր մարզում թողնելով առավելագույնը մարզպետի միայն 1 տեղակալ»,-ասվում է գրառման մեջ:
Վերջին շրջանում որոշ մարզերի մարզպետներ հայտնվեցին հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ պարգևատրելով իրենք իրենց և աշխատակազմին: Նրանց թվում էին Սյունիքի մարզպետ Հունան Պողոսյանը, Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը, Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը։ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Լենա Նազարյանը, անդրադառնալով այդ հարցին, հայտարարել է, որ պետական աշխատողներին պարգևավճարների տրամադրման ընդունված ձևը, պրակտիկան պետք է փոխվի:
