Առեւտրականները փակել են Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետի մուտքն ու ելքը. խնդիրներ կան 25 կգ ապրանքի ներմուծման հարցում
SOCIETYԵրեկ երեկոյան Թուրքիայից ապրանք ներկրող ՀՀ քաղաքացիները փակել են Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետի մուտքն ու ելքը։ Առեւտրականները դժգոհում են, որ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ ապրանք են բերել Ստամբուլիս, սակայն վրացական կողմը թույլ չի տվել այն տեղափոխել Հայաստան։
Խնդիրը լուծվել է Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանի միջամտությամբ, սակայն առեւտրականները հասնելով Բարգարտաշենի մաքսակետ, պարզել են, որ այլեւս չեն կարող առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման 25 կգ բեռ ներմուծել։
Նշենք, որ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման ներմուծվող ապրանքների արժեքային չափը կրճատվել է 3 անգամ, իսկ կշիռը՝ 2 անգամ: Փոփոխությունները նախատեսված են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի` 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի 20-ի «Անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքների հետ կապված առանձին հարցերի վերաբերյալ» թիվ 107 որոշման մեջ ԵՏՀ 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ի թիվ 91 որոշմամբ:
Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ֆիզիկական անձանց տեղեկացրել է, որ նոր կարգավորման համաձայն` եթե ֆիզիկական անձինք ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային տարածք ներմուծեն անձնական օգտագործման ապրանք, որի արժեքը չի գերազանցում 500 եվրոյին համարժեք գումարը, իսկ քաշը` 25 կիլոգրամը, ապա որեւէ գանձում չի կատարվի: Չափաքանակները գերազանցելու դեպքում կիրառվելու է մաքսատուրքերի եւ հարկերի միասնական դրույքաչափ, այսինքն` ապրանքների արժեքի նկատմամբ 30%-ի չափով, բայց ոչ պակաս, քան 1 կիլոգրամի համար 4 եվրոյին համարժեք գումար նշված արժեքը կամ կշիռը գերազանցող մասի համար:
