Տավուշում տեքստիլի արտադրություն սկսելու բիզնես ծրագրով մարզում 2 հազար աշխատատեղ կբացվի

Կառավարությունը քննարկում է Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքներում տեքստիլի արտադրություն հիմնելու առաջարկները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Էմիլ Տարասյանը նշեց, որ Տավուշի մարզում տեքստիլի արտադրություն հիմնելու մի ք անի առաջարկներ կան, որոնցից մեկը ներկայացրել է «Տավուշ տեքստիլ» ՍՊԸ-ն:«Առաջարկ ունենք Տավուշի մարզի բերդ համայնքում տեքստիլի արտադրություն հիմնելու: Այդ համայնքում իսկապես լուրջ հնարավորություններ կան թե՛ կադրային, թե՛ տարածքի առումով»,- նշեց Տարասյանը:

Նա հայտարարեց, որ այն գործարար ծրագիրը, որը ներկայացվել և քննարկվել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում, ենթադրում է Տավուշի մարզում շուրջ 2000 նոր աշխատատեղերի բացում: Ծրագիրը հնարավոր կլինի կյանքի կոչել «Հարկերի մասին» օրենքում համապատասխան փոփոխություններից հետո, որով սահմանամերձ գյուղական համայնքների համար սահմանված հարկային արտոնություններից կկարողանան օգտվել նաև Բերդ և Ճամբարակ քաղաքային համայնքները:

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը, որով սահմանամերձ գյուղական համայնքներին տրվող հարկային արտոնություններից օգտվելու հնարավորություն են ստանում նաև սահմանամերձ Բերդ և Ճամբարակ քաղաքային համայնքները: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է նաև սահմանամերձ համայնքներում արտադրական գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների համար հնարավորություն ստեղծել սեփական կամքով գործունեություն ծավալելու ավելացված արժեքով հարկման դաշտուÕ �՝ հրաժարվելով օրենքով սահմանված արտոնություններից:  Սա հիմնականում արվում է նրանց համար, ովքեր արտադրության կազմակերպման համար հումքը ներկրում են արտերկրից: Արտոնություններից չհրաժարվելու դեպքում տնտեսվարողն ավելացված արժեքի հարկը պետք է ներառի և ծածկագրի ապրանքի արժեքում, իսկ գնորդը պետք է լրացուցիչ ավելացված հարկի արժեք վճարի, ինչը տվյալ արտադրանքը կդարձնի ոչ մրցունակ:
