Շատ զավեշտալի էր հետեւել, թե ինչպես են ԱԺ պատգամավորներ քննադատում կառավարության ու մարզպետարանների աշխատողներին, որ պարգեւավճար են ստացել կամ նշանակել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունվարի 23-ին, Facebook-ի իր էջի ուղիղ եթերում նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով մարզպետների կողմից պարգեւավճարներ նշանակելու աղմուկ հանած խնդրին:

«Այդ պատգամավորները չեն ասո՞ւմ, որ իրենք նույնպես դեկտեմբերին, ինչպես պետական կառավարման շատ մարմինների աշխատողներ, ստացել են այդ 13-րդ աշխատավարձը, որը համենայնդեպս, վերջին շատ երկար տարիների ավանդույթ է:

Պատգամավորները չեն ասել՝ մենք լուծարված ԱԺ-ի պատգամավորներ ենք, մեզ մի տվեք այդ պարգեւավճարը: Նրանք հաճույքով ստացել են այդ պարգեւավճարները, հիմա էլ ասուլիսներ են հրավիրում ու ասում՝ ո՞նց կարելի է այդպես անել:

Ես նույնպես, լինելով ԱԺ պատգամավոր, միշտ բոլոր պատգամավորների նման, այդ 13-րդ աշխատավարձ կոչվածն ստացել եմ: Երբ ես դարձել եմ վարչապետ, ասել եմ՝ համենայնդեպս, վատացնող ոչ մի քայլ չձեռնարկեք, մինչեւ աշխատավարձերի հետ կապված թնջուկը լուծենք»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա անդրադարձավ նաեւ կառավարության կառուցվածքի օպտիմ,ալացմանը՝ նշելով, որ Դրա հետեւանքով որոշ աշխատատեղեր կարող են կրճատվել. «Այդ նույն մարդիկ ասում են՝ բա էդ մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակի մասին չե՞ք մտածում, բա ով պետք է պետական կառավարման համակարգի աշխատողների սոցիալական վիճակի մասին մտածի, բայց երբ այդ մարդիկ ստանում են 13-րդ աշխատավարձ, նույն մարդիկ ասում են՝ ո՞նց, էդ իրենց աշխատավարձ եք տալի՞ս: Պետք է կողմնորոշվենք այս հարցում»:
