Մանկապարտեզի ձերբակալված տնօրենը քիչ առաջ ազատ է արձակվել
SOCIETYԵրեւանի «Լապտերիկ» մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Գայանե Հովհաննիսյանը ստորագրությամբ է ազատ է արձակվել:
ՀԺ-ի տեղեկությունը հաստատեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հավելելով, որ Հովհաննիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով (առանձանպես խոշոր չափերի յուրացում) եւ ՀՀ ՔՕ 308 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը):
\ՔԿ-ից տեղեկացրին, որ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հովհաննիսյանը ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը, զղջացել է, ՔԿ դեպոզիտ հաշվին փոխհատուցել է պատճառված վնասը (20 միլիոն), ուստի նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել երկրից չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, 2014թ. սկզբներից մինչև 2019թ. հունվարի 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում առերևույթ յուրացրել է իրեն վստահված, մանկապարտեզի երեխաների բաժին հանդիսացող, դեռևս չհաշվարկված արժեքի սննդի մի մասը, ինչպես նաև՝ յուրացման եղանակով առերևույթ հափշտակել մանկապարտեզում հրամանագրված, սակայն փաստացի չաշխատող անձանց անվամբ փոխանցված, առանձնապես խոշոր չափի` 13.357.941 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը։
Իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են հանցավոր այլ դրսևորումներ ևս:
Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը առերևույթ յուրացրել է ոչ միայն աշխատանքի չհաճախած, սակայն հրամանագրված անձանց անվամբ դուրս գրված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումարները, այլև՝ մանկապարտեզի սաների համար նախատեսված սննդի մի մասը՝ սկսած 2014 թվականից:
