Արթուր Վանեցյանը կատարել է Բագրատաշենի անցակետի դժգոհող առևտրականների խնդրանքը
SOCIETYԵրեկ գիշերը Թուրքիայից ապրանք ներկրող ՀՀ քաղաքացիները փակել են Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետի ճանապարհը։ Բանն այն է, որ քաղաքացիները միայն երեկ են պարզել, որ այլեւս չեն կարող առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման 25 կգ բեռ ներմուծել։ Քաղաքացիները պահանջել են, որ գոնե այս անգամ թույլատրեն ներմուծել, քանի որ իրենք տեղյակ չեն եղել։
Armdaily.am-ի թղթակիցն, ով այդ պահին գտնվում էր մաքսակետում, ֆիքսել է, թե ինչպես է Վրաստան ուղևորվող ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը մոտենում ու զրուցում քաղաքացիների հետ։ Քաղաքացիների հետ խոսելուց հետո, ԱԱԾ տնօրենը կապ է հաստատել ՊԵԿ նախագահի հետ՝ նրան փոխանցելով քաղաքացիների հորդորը, որ թույլ տան այս անգամ առանց լրացուցիչ հարկի հատել մաքսակետը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով հարցը կարգավորվել է հօգուտ քաղաքացիների։ Առևտրով զբաղվողները ԱԱԾ տնօրենի մոտ նաև մեկ այլ հարց են բարձրացրել։ Նրանք նշել են, որ Թուրքիայից Հայաստան եկող իրենց բեռը Վրաստանում պարտադրում են Հայաստան փոխադրել վրացական փոստային առաքանու միջոցով, ինչը ծախսատար է և հավելյալ դժվարություններ է առաջացնում բեռի փոխադրման ժամկետների հարցում։ Լսելով դժգոհությունը՝ ԱԱԾ տնօրենն հավաստիացրել է քաղաքացիներին, որ այդ հարցն իր պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում կքննարկի վրացական կողմի պատկան մարմինների ղեկավարների հետ։ Որպես միջանկյալ լուծում՝ Վանեցյանն առաջարկել է վրացական կողմի հետ քննարկել նաև Վրաստանից Հայաստան ուղեբեռի փոխադրման հարցը՝ հայկական փոխադրամիջոցների օգնությամբ։
