Բակո Սահակյանի մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել ՊԲ-ի ռազմական խորհրդի նիստ
SOCIETYՀունվարի 24-ին, ԱՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել ՊԲ-ի ռազմական խորհրդի նիստ` նվիրված ՊԲ-ի միավորումների եւ զորամասերի 2018 թվականի ուսումնական տարվա արդյունքների ամփոփմանը:
Ռազմական խորհրդի նիստին ներկա էին բանակի հրամանատարի տեղակալները, շտաբի բաժինների եւ ծառայությունների պետերը, միավորումների, զորամասերի եւ գումարտակների հրամկազմը, զինկոմիսարիատների եւ ռազմաիրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Հրապարակելով նիստի աշխատակարգը ԱՀ ՊՆ, ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Կարեն Աբրահամյանը կարեւորել է բոլոր ելույթները, նշելով, որ առաջիկա մեր բոլոր ձեռքբերումները կախված կլինեն նաեւ այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչ հետեւություններ կարվեն նախորդ տարվա արդյունքներից եւ ըստ այդմ՝ ինչպիսի հերթականությամբ կպլանավորվեն նոր բանակային տարվա առաջնահերթությունները:
Բանակի հրամանատարի ներածական խոսքին հաջորդել են օրակարգային ելույթները: ՊԲ-ի 2018 թվականի ուսումնական տարվա մարտական ու զորահավաքային պատրաստականության, մարտական հերթապահության, օպերատիվ եւ շտաբների պատրաստության, հետախուզության, կապի, ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի կազմակերպման, զորքերի ծառայության եւ ինժեներական աշխատանքների վիճակի մասին համապարփակ ելույթով, հանդես է եկել բանակի հրամանատարի 1-ին տեղակալ-շտաբի պետ, գնդապետ Ջալալ Հարությունյանը:
Այնուհետեւ ըստ ուղղությունների եւ առանձին ոլորտների վերլուծական ելույթներ են ունեցել բանակի հրամանատարի տեղակալները` անդրադարձ կատարելով հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում մարտական պատրաստության վիճակին, գաղափարադաստիարակչական եւ հասարակական-պետական պատրաստության, զինվորական կարգապահության ու բարոյահոգեբանական ապահովման հարցերին, սպառազինության եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի պահպանման, թիկունքային ապահովման եւ հարակից այլ ուղղությունների:
Բանախոսները ընդգծել են, որ չնայած նշված բնագավառներում ակնհայտ են դրական զարգացումներն ու արձանագրված հաջողությունները, սակայն առկա են նաեւ մի շարք ոլորտներ, որոնք պահանջում են առավել համակարգված ու հետեւողական աշխատանքներ:
Բանակային 2018 թվականը ամփոփել ու ընթացիկ տարվա խնդիրներին անդրադարձել է հանրապետության պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը: Կարեն Աբրահամյանը մասնավորապես նշել է, որ 2019 թվականի ընթացքում բանակի հրամանատարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են լինելու պետական սահմանի պահպանության, ղեկավարման համակարգի հետագա զարգացման, շտաբների պատրաստության եւ փոխգործակցության մակարդակի բարձրացման, անձնակազմի հետ տարվող աշխատանքների, սպառազինության ու թիկունքային ապահովման հետ առնչվող խնդիրների համալիրը:
Այնուհետեւ ելույթ է ունեցել Արցախի նախագահը: Բակո Սահակյանը բավարար գնահատելով 2018 թվականի ընթացքում արձանագրված հիմնական ցուցանիշները, հավաստիացրել է, որ պետությունը այսուհետ եւս կշարունակի իր հետեւողական ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել ՊԲ-ի մարտական հնարավորությունների կատարելագործմանն ու զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային ապահովվածությանը վերաբերող հարցերը:
Ռազմական խորհրդի նիստի ավարտին հրապարակվել է բանակի հրամանատարի հրամանը, որի համաձայն դրամական պարգեւներ, արժեքավոր նվերներ ու պատվոդրոշներ են հանձնվել անցած բանակային տարվա ընթացքում առավելագույն բարձր արդյունքներ ունեցած զորամասերին, ստորաբաժանումներին ու անհատ զինծառայողներին:
