Մարտին Գյումրին կվերածվի ֆրանսիական խոհանոցի մայրաքաղաքի
SOCIETY«Ֆրանսիայի համը» խոհարարական միջոցառումն այս տարի նախատեսվում է անցկացնել Գյումրիում: Այս մասին հունվարի 25-ին Գյումրիում քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտը:
«Ամեն տարի, մարտի 21-ին, աշխարհի բոլոր Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանությունները կազմակերպում են «Ֆրանսիայի համը» ( Goօt de France / Good France) միջոցառումը: Անցած տարի դա անցկացվեց Երևանում, իսկ այս տարի նպատակ ունենք անցկացնել Գյումրիում: Միջոցառումը տևելու է մի քանի օր: Միջոցառումներին կմասնակցեն քաղաքի տարբեր ռեստորաններ և հյուրանոցներ:Այդ ընթացքում այդ հյուրանոցներն ու ռեստորանները լինելու են Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանության գործընկերները: Ուզում ենք, որ 4 օրերի ընթացքում Գյումրին դառնա Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական խոհանոցի մայրաքաղաք»,- փոխանցմամբ՝ ներկայացնելով ծրագիրը նշեց դեսպանը:
Այդ ընթացքում խոհարարները հրավիրվում են ներկայացնելու իրենց ստեղծագործական տաղանդը և առաջարկելու ճաշացանկեր, որոնք կլինեն ինքնատիպ և կապահովեն ֆրանսիական գաստրոնոմիայի կանոնները: Միջոցառման նպատակն է խթանել թարմ, սեզոնային և տեղական սննդամթերքով պատրաստված կերակրատեսակներով հարուստ խոհանոցը: ՀՀ Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտը թեև Գյումրի նախկինում ևս այցելել էր, բայց որպես պաշտոնական այց սա առաջինն էր, բայց ինչպես վստահեցրեց դեսպանը այսուհետ ավելի շատ լինելու է Երևանից դուրս մարզերում «Գյումրին ոչ միայն հրաշալի ճարտարապետություն ունի, այլ նաև մեծ ներուժ զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար»,-նշեց դեսպանը:
Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը ողջունելով հյուրին, կարևորեց հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամությունը` փաստելով Գյումրին և ֆրանսիական Քրեթեյ քույր քաղաքներ են: Ֆրանսիան միշտ է ձեռք մեկնել Գյումրիին՝ ոչ միայն 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից հետո, այլ նաև հիմա՝ փաստեց Սամվել Բալասանյանը:
