Դավադրության տեսությունները՝ քաղաքական մոդա
ANALYSISԴավադրությունների տեսությունն այնքան հին է, որքան աշխարհը: Առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ, թե դավադրություններն ու միֆերը մնացել են հին աշխարհում: Բայց ոչ...այսօր էլ դրանք ներկա են ու ներկա են կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում: Տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումն ինչքան էլ որ նպաստեց ինֆորմացիայի փոխանակման արագությանն ու արդյունավետությանը, նույնքան էլ նպաստեց դավադրապաշտության աճին: Սա գրեթե անլուծելի խնդիր է թե՛ ընդհանրապես, թե՛ ներկայիս աշխարհում:
Դավադրապաշտության ներկայությունը քաղաքականության մեջ ևս նոր երևույթ չէ: Բայց հաշվի առնելով, թե քաղաքական դավադրապաշտությունն ինչ ռիսկեր ունի, քաղաքական սուբյեկտները, մասնավորապես իշխանությունները աշխատում են հնարավորինս ռացիոնալիզացնել այն լեզուն, այն մեթոդները, որով հաղորդակցվում են: Ավելին՝ հաշվի առնելով նույն տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման ընձեռած հնարավորություններն ու դրանցից մրցակիցների օգտվելու հնարավորությունները, իշխանությունները ստիպված են հավել յալ ջանք գործադրել այս կամ այն հարցում պարզություն մտցնելու, տրամաբանական մոտեցումներ հրամցնելու հարցում:
Հայաստանում անկախությունից ի վեր գեներացվել, այսօր էլ գեներացվում են տարատեսակ դավադրության տեսություններ: Ի երջանկություն Հայաստանի, այդ տեսություններից որևէ մեկը դեռ կյանքի չի կոչվել, բայց դա որևէ կերպ հետ չի պահում այդ տեսությունների երկրպագուներին: Ամենացավալին, սակայն, այն է, որ դավադրության տեսության սպառողների ցուցակը բավական հա գեցած է : Դրանք սպառվում են ոչ միայն «շարքային» քաղաքացիների մակարդակում, այլև քաղաքական վերնախավի, այդ թվում՝ իշխանական վերնախավի: Նույն տրամաբանությամբ, որով իշխանությունները ցանկացած քննադատության հետևում տեսնում են դավադրություն, իշխանության քայլերի մեջ էլ այլոք տեսն ում են , ասենք, Արցախը հանձնելու դավադրություն: Սա ընդամենը մեկ օրինակ է, բայց օրինակները բազմաթիվ են: Ու այդպես եղել է միշտ: Իշխանությունները որպես քաղաքական մտքի, ռիթմի թելադրող, ունեն ամենամեծ ռեսուրսը փոխելու այս միտումը, գոնե քաղաքականության մեջ նվազեցնելու դավադրապաշտությունը: Սակայն, ցավով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ հաճախ նրանք են հանդես գալիս այդ դավադրությունների տեսության կամ գեներացնողի, կամ սպառողի դերում:
