«Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում մահացել է Մհեր Եղիազարյանը. նա 44 օր հացադուլի մեջ էր
SOCIETY«Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում մահացել է «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, «Haynews.am» լրատվական կայքի պատասխանատու Մհեր Եղիազարյանը (51 տարեկան): Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեցին Քրեակատարողական ծառայության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Հունվարի 26-ին՝ ժամը 06։15-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավորված անձ Մհեր Եղիազարյանի (ծնված 1968թ․, մեղադրվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178 հ․ 2-րդ և 3-րդ մասերով, 38-34-312 հ․ 2-րդ և 3-րդ մասերով), ինքնազգացողության կտրուկ վատթարացման կապակցությամբ հրավիրվել է շտապօգնություն, որի կողմից ժամը 06։35-ի սահմաններում արձանագրվել է կալանավորված անձի կենսաբանական մահը։
Փաստի կապակցությամբ կատարվում է նախաքննություն, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը հայտնում է իր ցավակցությունը մահացածի հարազատներին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մհեր Եղիազարյանը 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 5-ից հացադուլի մեջ էր:
Նշենք, որ Մհեր Եղիազարյանը 2018 թ. դեկտեմբերի 4-ին ձերբակալվել էր՝ կաշառք տալու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի խարդախության դեպքի մեջ կասկածվելու համար:
ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, «Haynews.am» լրատվական կայքի պատասխանատու Մհեր Եղիազարյանը, խաբեությամբ ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, 2014թ. փետրվարից մինչև 2018թ. հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, անձամբ կամ միջնորդների միջոցով, չարաշահելով ՀՀ մի շարք քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում՝ առանձին զինծառայողների վստահությունը, ծառայության կամ աշխատանքի տեղավորելու, ծառայողական առաջխաղացման կամ այլ տարաբնույթ հարցեր լուծելու համար, կաշառք տալու պատրվակով նրանցից պահանջել, ստացել և առանց որևէ գործողություն կատարելու խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է 180 հազար դրամից մինչև առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հասնող՝ 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 4 մլն 775 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
