Մհեր Եղիազարյանի որդին՝ Վազգեն Եղիազարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.


«Իմ շատ սիրելի բարեկամներ, հարազատներ, ընկերներ, ծանոթներ ու անծանոթներ, ուզում եմ իմ խորին շնորհակալությունը հայտնել Ձեզ, որ կյանքիս ամենադժվարին պահին դուք մեր կողքին եք ու ուժ եք տալիս, կիսում եք իմ ընտանիքի վիշտն ու դժբախտությունը, իմացե՜ք առանց ձեր աջակցության ես ուղղակի չէի դիմանա...
Հորս վերջին անգամ տեսել էի դեկտեմբերի 5֊ին՝ դատարանում, երբ որոշվեց նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը՝ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու և նրան «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ տեղափոխելու մասին։ Հանդիպել ենք մի քանի րոպե ու ամբողջ այդ ժամանակահատվածում խնդրում էի, որ նա դադարեցնի (այն ժամանակ դեռ 2 օր տևող) հացադուլը, վստահ էի, որ այդքան փորձությունների միջով անցած մարդու համար սա հերթական դժվարությունն էր, որը նա կհաղթահարի այնպես՝ ինչպես միշտ էր արել, բայց...

Ուզում եմ անդրադառնամ մի խնդրի, որի մասին դժվար խոսեի, եթե այդքան չանցներ բարոյականության սահմանները.

Հարգելի ԱԺ պատգամավորներ և ոչ միայն (անուններ չեմ նշում, կարդալով այս տողերը դուք միանգամից կհասկանաք, որ խոսքը հենց Ձեր մասին է), իսկ դուք հիշում ե՞ք, որ ես կամ իմ հոր հարազատ մարդիկ դիմում էին Ձեզ, որպեսզի դուք տրամադրեիք անձնական երաշխավորություն, որը դատարանի համար ավելի համոզիչ կլիներ, որ Մ.Եղիազարյանը չի թաքնվի վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնից և առաջին իսկ կանչի դեպքում կներկայանա և չի խոչընդոտի նախաքնության ընթացքին։ Միգուցե հասկանալով, որ նրա մասնակցությամբ քրեական գործի մութ անկյուններում թաքնված է քաղաքական ենթատեքստ մտածեցիք, որ ավելի լավ է շառից փորձանքից հեռու լինենք, իսկ այսօր հրապարակային կոչեր եք անում ու պահանջում, որպեսզի բոլոր անտարբեր ու անգործություն դրսևորած անձինք պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն։ Չփորձե՜ք հորս մահվան հանգամանքն օգտագործելով ինքնահաստատվեք կամ Ձեր վարկանիշը բարձրացնեք, բոլորիդ «սրտացավության» աստիճանը վաղուց արդեն տեսել ենք... 

Հարգելի՜ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյան ուզում եմ իմ շնորհակալությունը հայտնել Ձեզ, Ձեր վերաբերմունքի (խոսքը միայն երաշխավորության մասին չէ), բարձրացրած հարցերի, ինչպես նաև Ձեր պատրաստակամության համար։
Իմացե՜ք, որ իմ ընտանիքի հարգանքը Ձեր հանդեպ երբեք չի դադարի, անկախ ամեն ինչից։ 
Շնորհակալ եմ նաև պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանից, ով պապայի հետ շփվելով ընդամենը 15 րոպե հասկացել էր, որ նա այն մարդը չէ, որին պետք է մեկուսացնել հասարակությունից։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյան,  թե ինչքանով էր Ձեր միջամտությունը առկա տվյալ քրեական գործում, երևի թե այդպես էլ չի իմացվի, սակայն եթե դուք շարժվել եք «ինչ էլ որ լինի մեկա էս մարդուն պետքա «դուխով փակել» կարգախոսով ապա ցանկանում եմ, որպեսզի Ձեր կինն ու որդին իրենց սեփական մաշկի վրա զգան ու կրեն այն բոլոր ապրումներն ու տանջանքները, որոնց միջով, որ անցել ենք ես, մայրս ու եղբայրս։

Հիշե՜ք կամակատարներն ենթարկվում են ոչ թե Ձեր անձին, այլ պաշտոնին, աթոռին, իսկ այդ աթոռը այսօր ձեռքդ է, իսկ վաղը..»:
