BLOGԻսրայելի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը կասեցրել է ավիաշինարարական ընկերության երեք ղեկավարի արտահանման արտոնագրերը դրոնների սկանդալային գործի շրջանակներում` կապված Ադրբեջանի հորդորով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում դիրքերի ուղղությամբ իրականացված հարվածների հետ․ ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ այս կասեցումը պայմանավորելով նաեւ «Մահացու ինքնավար զենքի» կիրառումը կանոնակարգող իր հեղինակած բանաձևով, որ ընդունել է Արեւելյան գործընկերության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը։
«Դեռևս 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերին Արեւելյան գործընկերության Խորհրդարանական Վեհաժողովը ընդունել էր իմ հեղինակած և հայկական պատվիրակության կողմից ներկայացված «Մահացու ինքնավար զենքի» կիրառումը կանոնակարգող բանաձև:
Ընդունված բանաձեւը հղում է կատարում միջազգային բազմաթիվ իրավական ակտերի եւ փաստաթղթերի, այդ թվում նաեւ ռոբոտաշինության ոլորտի 116 հիմնադիրների եւ 26 պետությունների առաջատար կազմակերպությունների կողմից ՄԱԿ-ին հղված նամակին՝ մահացու զենքերի մարտահրավերներին հրատապ կերպով արձագանքման անհրաժեշտության եւ դրանց միջազգային կիրառման սահմանափակումների առնչությամբ:
Այն նախեւառաջ վերաբերում է վերջին սերնդի դրոնների (անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր) կիրառմանը:
Ընդունված բանաձեւի համապատասխան կետով Վեհաժողովը կարեւորում է ինքնավար զենքերի արտադրումն ու կիրառումը միջազգային իրավական նորմերի շրջանակում, դատապարտում հակամարտող գոտիներում խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ինքնավար զենքերի թիրախավորված կիրառումը: Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրներին նաեւ կոչ է արվում նպաստելու թափանցիկ եւ հաշվետու քաղաքականության իրականացմանը՝ կապված մարդասպան ռոբոտների կամ այսպես կոչված «killer robot»-ների կիրառման հետ: Բանաձեւում կարեւորվել է նաեւ հակամարտության գոտիներում հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրումը՝ նպատակ ունենալով բացահայտել եւ կանխարգելել այնպիսի մեխանիզմներ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն հակամարտության գոտիներին հարակից տարածքներում ապրող խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ կամայական գործողությունների իրականացմանը: Իդպես, բանաձևին դեմ էր քվեարկել ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը:
