Արցախի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին նախարար, այժմ ԱԻՊ ծառայության տնօրեն Լևոն Մնացականյանը Եռաբլուր զինվորական պանթեոնում իր պաշտոնանկությունից չխոսեց՝ նշելով, որ արդեն այդ ժամանակն անցել է:
Հարցին, թե նեղացած չէ՞ իշխանություններից, Մնացականյանն ասաց. «Որ նեղացած լինեի, այստեղ չէի լինի»:
Սեյրան Օհանյանի հայտարարություններն այն մասին, որ «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով փորձում են սեպ խրել բանակի ու հասարակության մեջ, Մնացականյանը չպատասխանեց՝ նշելով, որ քաղաքականությունից չի խոսի:
«Եթե հարցեր կան իմ ներկա պաշտոնի հետ կապված, ապա խնդրեմ: Իսկ օրվա հետ կապված շնորհավորում եմ, մեր զինված ուժերին հաղթանակ եմ մաղթում»,-ասաց Մնացականյանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կան առաջնահերթ, նա ասաց, որ խնդիրները շարունակական և լուծվող են և պետք է շարունակվեն, մարտունակությանը պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել և դարձվում է:
Հարցին, թե շատ է խոսվում «խաղաղություն տարածքների գնով» թեզի մասին, արդյոք դա խելամի՞տ թեզ է, Մնացականյանն ասաց. «Մենք մեր խնդիրը կատարել ենք և շարունակում ենք կատարել, այստեղ հարցը միայն ու միայն Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունն է»:
