Ես ոչ մեկից նեղացած չեմ. Սեյրան Օհանյան
POLITICSԲանակը 2008–ի հետընտրական ժամանակահատվածում ներգրավված է եղել արտակարգ դրության հրամանը հայտարարելուց հետո։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
«Բանակը 2008–ի հետընտրական ժամանակահատվածում ներգրավված է եղել արտակարգ դրության հրամանը հայտարարելուց հետո։ Դրա մասին է խոսում այն, որ որեւէ մի բախում, որեւէ մի վնասվածք բանակի կողմից չի եղել։ Իսկ դա անհրաժեշտություն է եղել, քանի որ բանակի խնդիրն է անվտանգության ապահովումը, իսկ անվտանգություն ասելով առաջին հերթին մենք պետք է հասկանանք հատուկ նշանակության կարեւոր օբյեկտների պահպանությունը, որոնց մեծ մասը տեղակայված է մեր մայրաքաղաքում։ Իմ պատասխանի մեջ նշվեց, որ բանակը ներգրավվել է հետընտրական միջոցառումներին արտակարգ դրության հրամանագիրը ստորագրելուց հետո, իսկ Արցախի բանակը ներգրավված չի եղել»,- ասաց նա։
Սեյրան Օհանյանը հավելեց, որ ինքն իշխանություններից նեղացած չէ, ողջունել է վերջին փոփոխությունները երկրում։
«Իսկ ո՞վ է ասում, որ ես իշխանություններից նեղացած եմ։ Ես ոչ մեկից նեղացած չեմ, ես ողջունել եմ այսօրվա իրականությունը, ողջունել եմ այս թավշյա փոփոխությունները, հեղափոխությունը, ոչ թե 2018–ին, այլ 2016–ին եմ ես կողմնակից եղել, որ մեր երկրին պետք են կտրուկ փոփոխություններ, որոնք մեր երկրին կապահովեն կտրուկ առաջընթացի պայմաններ»,- ասաց նա։
Սեյրան Օհանյանը նաեւ շնորհավորեց բանակին կազմավորման 27-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ՝ նշելով, որ թեկուզ երիտասարդ այս 27 տարիների բանակի թիկունքում մեր դարավոր պայքարն է։
«Ամենակարեւորը, որը ես կուզեի նշել, որ մեր հերոսները կարողացել են թե պատերազմի ժամանակ, թե նաեւ այսօր էլ պահպանել մեր հայրենիքը, խաղաղություն պարտադրել հակառակորդին։ Միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ այսօրվա սերունդը կարողացել է մեր սերնդի սխրագործությունները հիմք ընդունել, տոգորվել ռազմահայրենասիրական դաստիարակությամբ եւ իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները կատարել։ Ուզում եմ նաեւ ասել, որ այդ գործում մեծ ավանդ ունի մեր ժողովուրդը, այդ թվում դուք, հարգելի լրագրողներ, որովհետեւ, թե յուրաքանչյուր զինվորական կրել է մեկ զենք, դուք կրել եք 2 զենք, հրաձգային զենքի հետ միասին դուք կրել եք նաեւ ձեր տեսախցիկները եւ ֆոտոխցիկները»,- ասաց նա։
