Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին տեսակցել են որդին եւ դուստրը. փաստաբան
SOCIETYԿալանքի տակ գտնվող ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին տեսակցել են որդին ու դուստրը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 29–ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց երկրորդ նախագահի պաշտպաներից Արամ Օրբելյանը:
«Տեսակցության արգելքը դեռեւս գործում է, բայց կան բացառություններ։ Դրանց շրջանակներում որդին եւ դուստրը, կարծեմ, երկու անգամ այցելել են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին», –ասաց նա։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Քոչարյանի համակարգիչ տրամադրելու գործընթացին, փաստաբանը նկատեց, որ այդ գործընթացքում՝ կան որոշակի օրենսդրական եւ տեխնիկական խնդիրներ:
«Համակարգչի հարցը դեռ չի լուծվել։ Այստեղ կան որոշակի օրենսդրական ու տեխնիկական խնդիրներ։ Մենք ներկայացրել ենք, որ կարող ենք տրամադրել այնպիսի համակարգիչ, որն օբյեկտիվորեն, ֆիզիկապես չի ունենա ինտերնետի կամ որեւէ այլ ցանցի մուտքի հնարավորություն», - ասաց նա։
Նշենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում՝ դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանական խմբի ներկայացրած բողոքի քննությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Արթուր Մկրտչյանը հունվարի 18–ին բավարարվել էր Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի միջնորդությունը՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու ժամկետը երկարացնելու վերաբերյալ եւ մերժվել՝ պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքն այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց գրավով փոխարինելու մասին:
