Թուրքիայի մարդու իրավունքների կազմակերպության կողմից մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ հրապարակված զեկույցում ասվում է, որ այդ երկրում հունիսի 7-ին անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 9-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ուժայինների եւ քաղաքացիների միջեւ տեղի ունեցած բախումներում 602 մարդ է զոհվել, այդ թվում` զինծառայողներ, ոստիկաններ եւ Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) մարտիկներ:

Զեկույցը ներկայացրած կազմակերպության նախագահ Օզթուրք Թյուրքդողանը հայտարարել է, որ հունիսի 7-ի ընտրություններն անցկացվել են ոչ սովորական պայմաններում, իսկ բնակչությունն ընդվզել է ընտրությունների արդյունքների դեմ:
Նշելով, որ Թուրքիայում PKK-ի հետ զինված բախումները վերսկսվել են 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 24-ից, Թյուրքդողանն ասել է, որ բռնության մթնոլորտում են անցել նաեւ նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացված արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները:
Նրա խոսքով` 2015 թվականի հունիսի 7-ից մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 9-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում պետության ուժային կառույցների կողմից սպանվել է 128 քաղաքացիական անձ, 195 քաղաքացի էլ վիրավորվել են: Զինված բախումներում սպանվել է 150 զինծառայող, ոստիկան եւ պահապան, 421 մարդ վիրավորվել է: Զոհվել է 181 PKK-ական, 19-ն էլ վիրավորվել են: Զինված բախումներում հայտնված քաղաքացիներից 9-ը զոհվել, 101-ը վիրավորվել են: Սուրուչում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողության ժամանակ զոհվել է 33, Անկարայում` 101 մարդ, 564 մարդ էլ վիրավորվել է: 5 հազար 713 մարդ ձերբակալվել է, որոնցից 1004-ը կալանավորվել են: 133 զինված հարձակում է կատարվել քրդական Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության, 8 հարձակում` իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության, 3 հարձակում` ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության, 4 հարձակում` քրդական Դեմոկրատական միասնություն կուսակցության, կանաչների եւ ձախերի «Ապագա» կուսակցության վրա` 1 հարձակում:
Թուրք-քրդական բախումների պայմաններում նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացված արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներով, հավաքելով ընտրողների քվեների 49,5 տոկոսը, հաղթող է ճանաչվել ԱԶԿ-ն, 550-տեղանոց խորհրդարանում զբաղեցնելով 317 պատգամավորական աթոռներ, ինչը նրան հնարավորություն է ընձեռում միակուսակցական կառավարություն ձեւավորել, սակայն, ԱԶԿ-ն չի ստացել խորհրդարանում տեղերի երկու երրորդը, որն էլ նրան զրկում է Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ մտցնել:
