INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանին խիստ մտահոգում է ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա մտերիմ դաշնակիցների՝ Վենեսուելայում տիրող իրավիճակի հետ կապված քայլերը, այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
Ըստ Լավրովի՝ ԱՄՆ-ն իր դաշնակիցների հետ թույլ է տալիս միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր հնարավոր նորմերի կոպիտ խախտումներ՝ բացահայտ կերպով փորձելով տապալել լատինամերիկյան այդ երկրի օրինական իշխանություններին: ՌԴ-ում նաև համոզված են, որ վենեսուելական ընդդիմությունն անմիջական հրահանգներ է ստանում հենց Վաշինգտոնից:
«Մեր ունեցած տվյալներով՝ այդ շարժման ղեկավարները, որոնք հայտարարել են երկիշխանության մասին, փաստացի հրահանգներ են ստանում Վաշինգտոնից՝ չգնալ զիջումների, քանի դեռ ռեժիմը այս կամ այն կերպով չհրաժարվի իշխանությունից»,- նկատել է Լավրովը:
Նա նաև ուշադրություն է հրավիրել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի խորհրդական Ջոն Բոլթոնի նոթատետրի «5000 զինվոր դեպի Կոլումբիա» գրությանը, որը ֆիքսել են տեսախցիկները և որը տարատեսակ մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք է տվել: Ըստ Լավրովի՝ սա բացահայտում է ԱՄՆ-ի նպատակները վենեսուելական ճգնաժամում:
«Մենք միջազգային հանրության մյուս պատասխանատու երկրների հետ միասին անելու ենք ամեն բան, որ աջակցենք նախագահ Մադուրոյի օրինական կառավարությանը», - շեշտել է Լավրովը՝ հավելելով, որ ՌԴ-ն կաջակցի ճգնաժամի լուծման միայն այն մեթոդներին, որոնք գտնվում են այդ երկրի սահմանադրական դաշտում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ընդունել է այս օրերին Վենեսուելայում նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոյի իշխանության դեմ տեղի ունեցող բողոքի համազգային ցույցերի ֆոնին իրեն նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար հռչակած Խուան Գուաիդոյի իշխանությունը:
