Ովքեր եւ ինչ չափով կարող են օգտվել նախկին ԽՍՀՄ խնայբանկում ներդրած դրամական ավանդների դիմաց փոխհատուցման ծրագրից
SOCIETY«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2019 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի եւ Կառավարության 23.04.2014թ.-ի N 460-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված կարգի համաձայն` նախկին ԽՍՀՄ Խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում մինչեւ 1993 թվականի հունիսի 10-ը ներդրված դրամական ավանդների դիմաց փոխհատուցում ստանալու իրավունք ունեն՝
1) մինչեւ 1934 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ծնված անձինք, այդ թվում՝ եթե ավանդը ներդրվել է մահացած ամուսնու կողմից՝ համատեղ ամուսնական կյանքի ընթացքում,
2) Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության մարտական գործողությունների մասնակից անձինք, այդ թվում՝ եթե ավանդը ներդրվել է մահացած ամուսնու կողմից՝ համատեղ ամուսնական կյանքի ընթացքում,
3) ՀՀ կառավարության 2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 18-ի N 1444-Ն որոշման N 1 հավելվածի ցանկում ընդգրկված համայնքներում` բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ի դրությամբ հաշվառված անձինք, այդ թվում՝ եթե ավանդը ներդրվել է մահացած ամուսնու կողմից` համատեղ ամուսնական կյանքի ընթացքում,
4) Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու կամ մարտական հերթապահություն կամ հատուկ առաջադրանք կատարելու ժամանակ զոհված (մահացած) զինծառայողների կամ կամավորականների կամ անհայտ կորածների անունով ներդրված ավանդը ժառանգած անձինք:
Իրավական ակտերով ավանդի դիմաց փոխհատուցում ստանալու նպատակով բացառություններ կամ որեւէ այլ արտոնություններ սահմանող դրույթներ նախատեսված չեն:
«ՀՀ 2006թ. պետական բյուջեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հավելվածով հաստատված ծրագրի 4-րդ մասով սահմանվել է ավանդի դիմաց փոխհատուցման չափի որոշման սանդղակը, որը ներկայացվում է ստորեւ.
